Relief for Wide Feet & Plantar Fasciitis
Definitely helped with Plantar Fasciitis pain that developed after walking 12,000 steps/day helping elderly parent. Usually wear 7.5 and ordered womens 7 and worn at home. I got the ones with adjustable straps so I can wear them with thick socks in winter & I have wide feet.
Functionally wonderful, but those squiggles...
The Ora Luxe delivers on post-run comfort. They’re soft, wide, supportive and cushy - all the things you want when your feet are tired after a big day on the trails. I also like that they’re adjustable with the velcro closure on top. But - I deducted a star because of the indented squiggly pattern that covers the exterior and footbed. I don’t love it aesthetically and I especially don’t love that it acts as a dirt magnet if you’re wearing them anywhere other than a clean paved surface. I know it’s ridiculous but I want my post-run footwear to feel - and look - really darn luxurious. I would have preferred a smooth surface that didn’t attract and hold all the dirt I just finished hammering through. Clearly a minor thing and like I said they really do offer a great recovery experience but maybe lose the squiggle texture next version?
Amazing sandals
I had plantar fasciitis very bad for almost 1.5 years. I am very careful with my feet because I don’t want to exacerbate it again. I get mild pains from time to time when I walked with my sneakers. Well, I walked all over Disney with them and no pain. I will definitely buy it again.

I tried this slide with the oofos. And while I didn’t end up buying it, I preferred it. The cheapskate came out in me. It was during the anniversary sale and they weren’t on sale, plus I think they’re really expensive for a slide. Maybe next time…
Really comfortable
I have plantar fasciitis, back pain, and herniated discs. This sandals were amazing during my Disney trip. My feet did not hurt. I used them all the time, even now that is getting cold, I just wear them with socks. I will definitely recommend.
Exceptionally comfortable
I have always been a fan of the Hoka brand because the shoes amd sandals help protect against plantar fasciitis. I especially like this sandal because I can adjust the straps to my feet.
Most comfortable ever
LOVE these sandals and am looking to buy another pair. When I purchased off the Hoka website however my size was listed as M6/W8. These REI sizings are different for some reason.
very comfortable and light
I’m enjoying my new sandals now. Walking around in the city feels great. I love the fact that you can make them as loose or as tight as you like.
