Best jerky I have ever had!
I bought one bag (thank God for that turn of fate!) at Central Market and am spellbound. A little worried reading some of the negative reviews but will press on with an online order. I love mustard -- always eat a spoonful by itself when I open the jar (it's a great brand, Annie's Organic Dijon) -- and this being sugar free and grass fed, well, it was a no-brainer. I'll buy several of these and just try a few others. I was surprised to see how few pieces there were in the package, but I only eat one piece anyway, or maybe two, so I'm okay with that. I'm just so grateful for the quality!
Delicious Flavor
I love the seasonings on this jerky! I've always been a fan of this company, but I'm happy they have a zero sugar line. The jerky is still soft and not tough to chew (even though it doesn't have added sugar). This is my favorite flavor of the zero sugar line!

Good - but make sure to eat quickly!
I keep in my drawer at my office and made the mistake of trying all the zero sugar flavors at once. All were great, but after a long weekend they definitely went rancid in a 70 degree office. I've never had Jerky do that before, but it does say to refrigerate or consume within 3 days on the bag. They aren't kidding... I just tossed about $50 worth of jerky (including most of a 16 oz mango habanero bag). From now on I'll only buy single serving sizes as when it's fresh and consumed within 3 days, it's my favorite jerky by far.
First Try Review: Promising Results
I just bought this today after seeing some in shelves at WinCo here in Eureka, CA. Gotta hand it to them, They're true to their world. No sugar whatsoever, a nice meaty taste with a savory flavor and a slight peppery kick to them. Ate the entire 2.5oz pack in one sitting. Would actually go out and buy some more when I can afford it, and at around 5 dollars....totally worth it! I do wonder if they can do more zero sugar variants, though. A nice "smoky maple" zero sugar flavor would be wonderful if it is able to be done.

I'm not a fan of most Jerkies because they are full of sodium, sugar, and junk. They taste more like candy than meat. I bought a bag to try and wow! This is the best Jerky I've ever had! I had to visit the site to find more. I bought a bundle of all the zero flavors. Excited to try them all. Great texture and delicious! It's a perfect snack for my low carb lifestyle. Love that it's made with grass fed beef and all the ingredients are natural. You have a new biggest fan! Cheers!
It's okay, I will buy again
I love to try all no-sugar jerkies. This one is a little on dry side and rosemary is a bit overpowering. Very small amount in the bag for the price. What I love about it is there is no sugar, convenient, grass-fed beef (a real win), ingredients are spot on except for one "natural" flavoring. Overall, it is a healthier option that most jerkies out there. I would recommend it for anyone who cares about consuming healthy ingredients
No longer a premium jerky product . . . Very disappointing !
The flavor of this jerky is good however, the quality has become poor. I purchased the jerky last month and found that and every pack had mostly over dehydrated pieces with lost of gristle; they were so hard that they were impossible to chew. This was not just isolated to one bag each bag was the same and there was very little if any tender jerky pieces inside. At first I thought that they were past the expiration date, but that was not the case. I have purchased Country Archer jerky for several years and have noticed that the quality of the product has gone way down. My experience with this latest purchase is extremely disappointing . . . therefore it will be my last purchase. As customers we pay a premium for quality Jerky, and we don't have a problem doing so for a premium product. In my opinion it is clear to me that a Premium Jerky Product is No Longer what I am getting with Country Archer.
