Does not provide any comfort for the back
Not a true sleeping pad for comfort I would not recommend this for camping outside in a tent. It provides little if any cushion between you and the ground. It's basically a yoga mat. If you want an outside yoga mat, this is for you. But, if you want adequate cushion between you and the unforgiving ground of the great outdoors, dont buy this item.
