These are what I like to call a date hiker (almost interchangeable with day hiker but less capable). Like when you want to look cute but appropriate galavanting a short trail with someone new. I mean, look at the sole, there’s nothing there. These ain’t about function, let’s not kid ourselves. I personally am shopping for boots for an actual serious hike, so these are having to go right back. I already have some date hikers.
