Sunday Afternoons  VaporLite Stride Cap

This, the Vaporlite Stride Cap, replaced the Crushin It Cap, which is a shame, as the Crushin It Cap was by far the best ball cap style hat (in any brand) Ive ever worn - great for everything, and I mean everything. Been a runner and outdoor adventurer for 40 years now, and Ive had alot of Sunday Afternoons hats throughout the years and there is just no reason to keep coming back, except to occasionally check to see if by some odd chance they decide to bring it - the highly revered Crushin It Cap back. The Vaporlite doesn't quite work the same, and frankly, its not nearly as good looking. Not even close. Bummer.

The hat feels great and fits perfect like it should. The cutouts for the sunglass ear pieces don't work for me, if I put my glasses in them it squeezes it against my head unless the hat is so loose it falls off in the wind so I don't use them, but that could just be the style of the glasses I wear.. The hat does a great job of absorbing sweat and keeping it out of my eyes. My only complaint is a very small one. The adjustable strap on the back has a loop that you can put the tail through to keep it from flopping around, well that loop is sewn to the strap so if you have to increase the size at all the tail is no longer long enough to go through the little loop and it flops around. I sometimes wear by hat backwards and with that little bit of a tail flopping on my forehead it gets a little annoying. Other than that the hat is great. and when time comes to get a new one I'll be getting another one of these.

I love this hat. It's lightweight, quick drying and smash-able! This is my go to hat for being outside hiking and taking wildlife photos. The bill flips up easily and stays put when I am aiming and shooting my camera. Also pack it in my scuba bag which means it gets crushed and bent ... when I grab it to put on after a dive... not worries. I'm ordering at least one more :)

I bought this hat to replace another Sunday Afternoon hat that is no longer available (I don't remember the name). It's lightweight and very comfortable but I have 2 problems with it. The brim is kind of floppy, not stiff like my previous hat. The is brim is also about an inch shorter than any other baseball cap I have and thus doesn't keep the sun out of my eyes

This is the best cap I've ever worn. Super light-weight and so comfortable on my head. I didn't go wrong with this purchase. This is actually the second VaporLite Stride cap I've owned. I liked the first one from the minute I put it on my head that I just knew I'd be getting a second one soon just to have one in a different color.

I love this lightweight hat. It's the first running hat I've had, and it's a total game changer. It keeps the sun out of my eyes, which I expected, but the integrated sweat band keeps the sweat out of my eyes way better than I expected it to. I wear it for every run now.

My favorite running hat. I've tried about 10 different hats by various brands over the last few years, and this one takes the cake. Top of class, barely notice it's on my head. The best, does what it's suppose to without getting in the way. Thank you!

It's no cooler than my standard cotton baseball cap. The only minor advantage is the sunglass holder. I'm disappointed, I was really hoping it'd be much cooler given the lighter weight and numerous ventilation holes.
