The Best Running Shoe I have ever used. Comfort, stability, lightweight runner which not only enhances running performance but presents really well also. Many compliments from other runners over the past couple of weeks. Just completed a return run up and back Castle Hill in Townsville and thanks to these runners I achieved a Personal Best time! 10/10 for me!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started training for a 10k and I picked up these shoes to help make it more comfortable for my knees. I used to run regularly and longer distances but have taken a break and am just getting back into it again. The Hyperion Max has been excellent - it’s just the amount of comfort I needed to help me get started with my training. The landing on the pavement is so soft and my knees haven’t had any pain at all. The length and width are both very true to size and it fits perfectly. They are also very light and feel like I am hardly wearing anything on my foot. Very nice shoe for running, and I would highly recommend them to any runner!
Where have these shoes been all my running life? I'm an idiot for waiting so long to buy these. I was concerned about the price. They fit so well. my feet tend to be a little narrow but this fit perfectly. I guess some people with wide feet might find these a little tight, but for narrow feet the people this is a perfect fit. for long runs this sneaker seems to propel me forward - almost pushing me into the next step. it's really the he best running shoe I've experienced. Really light and comfortable from the start. I use it for training and races. To top it off, I got an outstanding deal at the world's largest online retailer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are very good for running. My run is closer to a jog, but these were comfortable to wear. One thing I noticed, is that my legs were a little sore the next day, after a day of a lot of walking, so I will keep these for short trips out, and running/jogging for now. I think these are pretty roomy for their size. This is my first pair of Brooks, and I have to say that I am impressed. They are super duper light, but feel very sturdy, and seem like they match the high quality feedback that I have heard about Brooks. Definitely give these a try. I think they would be a great essential to add to your running routine!
Best for the legs, no soreness after a long run. The comfort is amazing. Should have more size/color options.
Great responsive running shoes.. especially for tempo runs
The Hyperion max is my definition of the “ultimate” daily trainer. They are the best running shoes in the world. I have had 3 pairs and have gotten 600-800 miles out of each. They are so light meaning you can use them for easy runs to basically any workout and they look fabulous and the colorways are brilliant. The only downside I have is that when you run outside, the tips around the toebox of the shoes get very dirty for some reason but that can be fixed by cleaning them. Brooks has something magical here and I really hope the new hyperion 2 is similar.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to find a pair of shoes that would help with my aching feet while walking/running and honestly just wearing to work and while I am out on the field taking photographs and I must say these have become my favorite shoes EVER! These shoes fit and feel so good that I don't want to take them off they provide amazing comfort to my aching feet and help me keep going longer when walking/running as I don't feel like my feet are going to give in with the Brooks Hyperion Max shoes! I was a little skeptical about the look of the shoe when I first got it but honestly, I am loving them now! The cushioning on the shoe is AMAZING, I don't think I will ever get another brand of shoes again after wearing my first pair of Brooks!
These, Hyperion Max shoes, are probably my fav. shoes running I've purchased in the past year. I have the Hyperion Tempo and Hyperion GTS. I like each of them for different reasons. The Hyperion Tempos are fast but don't have a ton of support. The Hyperion GTS have more support, while being very light and fast, but they could have slightly more bounce / cushion. These (Hyperion Max) are light, fast, and have a lot of cushioning, which allows me to use them on days when I do tempo runs OR long recovery runs. They work well in all circumstances which is a lot to ask from a single shoe. These are really great and my personal new fav. Brooks shoe.
Loved the Hyperion Tempo so I was concerned the Hyperion Max would be too much cushion but it’s not. The more I wear it the more I love it. It does have a slightly firmer feel under foot but I love that. I don’t like a super squishy unstable shoe. I like to feel the road and feel stable. I am more of a mid foot striker. I could definitely wear this shoe for faster training runs plus races up to a marathon. Heard they fixed the tongue sliding around issue in the new version. I made a small slit in the top of the tongue and also laced through up top to keep it from sliding. Please see my photos for the tongue sliding fix/hack. Fits a little snug in the width so I went with a men’s size 7.5 D (I’m a women’s 9) for the width I need. Overall - love this shoe!!!
