Bear should be REI Mascot
My best friend and I stumbled upon this bear mug and it has revolutionized our lives. Not necessarily the mug itself tbh it’s a little jagged without the lid but the bear… my god this bear. Why does he have one ear? Is it even a bear? We aren’t sure but we love it so much we are getting tattoos of it - no joke. Please make more bear merch. We will buy pretty much anything with bear. The Nalgene, the sticker, the playing card, everything but the hydro flask pretty much because it’s too $$$. So if you like bear, buy mug.
Bear Mug is Best Mug
WOW. Where to even begin....first of all, this bear is the cutest, most anatomically confusing bear logo I've seen and it absolutely needs to be made the mascot for REI. If not, we need AT LEAST a few more pieces of merchandise with this bear on it. My friend and I have begun to collect all the items that it is on and have seriously been considering incorporating this bear into our tattoo collection. So far we own the Nalgene, playing cards, mug, and sticker....there is so much potential. Please, REI. Give us more bear!
Weird, a mug review
I feel funny reviewing a coffee mug. But here I am, contemplating buying a third one. I have one at home, one at the cabin, and want a third for at work. They're the best mugs. It's your standard coffee mug, but metal and with a lid. Doesn't go in the microwave and doesn't fit in most car drink holders, but those things don't matter because it won't break. Good for camping, good for dog walks, good for sitting on the couch. Just convinced myself I am going to pull the trigger on a third...

It's a nice well made cup. It's not very insulated so your coffee won't stay hot for long.
Perfect for my everyday
The 12oz size is just right for my daily cup of coffee (or three). I love the handle shape. It's very comfy and big enough for my fat fingers. The lid is also great. Sips very nice. I like the fact that it's not vacuum insulated because it allows me to feel the warmth of the coffee on my hands.

Got this because I wanted a mug to safely have a hot drink outside without staying hot forever. This is perfect. I bring it to my yard while hanging out with my dog. I don’t have to worry about the contents spilling, or it being too hot to drink for too long.

Second one I've had, keeps beverages hot or cold for a very long time even without the lid. Makes for a great gift.

Incredible quality on the printing, the color is perfect, the size is just right. I have mugs with caps that are nicer but considering price I still think this is very decent.
