worth the extra weight and space

I’ve tried backpacking with stuff sack and inflatable pillows but found that I’d always wake up with a sore neck. This pillow takes up more space in your pack than I’d like but for me it was 100% worth it. It sleeps like a regular pillow at home but is transportable. I have a medium size—it is big enough for my head without feeling like I had to keep it in one spot and fits nicely in the top of my Nemo disco. I didn’t find the toggle to be an issue if I turned the pillow so it’s at the top instead of down by my face.

I replaced my very well used Thermarest pillow with this new one and wow they dropped the ball with it. Not only does it no longer easily roll up but they put a literal toggle loop right in the center of it where your face rests. And if you are hoping to try the opposite side instead you are rewarded with the plastic toggle on the center of the backside as well.

Great Camping Pillow!

Most comfortable camping pillow I’ve used. I opted for the medium/large version so it isn’t as packable as the small version obviously. But it’s perfect for me because I’d rather be the most comfortable I can be because I’m bougie. lol If you give it a wash first it actually fluffs it up more than it is straight out of the box, so keep that in mind if you don’t think it’s fluffy enough. Also love the desert design I chose, fits me perfectly.

Perfect camping/backpacking pillow!

Love this pillow! It is just like a normal pillow from home. I like that you can adjust the "fill" with the drawstring on the back - this is perfect for both car camping and backpacking. I know it is heavier than Nemo's fillo, but it is comfortable enough to justify bringing it on a trip. I will be taking this to the desert southwest for some camping and I am really happy to know I will be sleeping well! Also, the dark green pattern is super cute! I loved it so much that I got my husband one as well.

Quality Has Significantly Declined

The quality of this pillow has significantly declined. The internal foam is about half of what it is in the same pillow purchased about 30 years ago. It is far too soft to be usable.

Great camping pillow.

This is the right size for Car Camping. It is comfortable and beautiful. Regular pillows are too large. Clothes in a stuff sack are a stupid idea. Would you use a stuff sack in bed at home? This is just right. I love the owls!

I love this pillow

This pillow is heavier than all of the blow up pillows, but I love it!. You should invest in sleep. I wish I bought one ages ago, never thought I'd so be using this pillow in my daily life too and not just in the trail. Works great in your carry on bag as well. It has a price tag, but buy once cry once.

Sweet little pillow! Really cozy and easy to squish down for packi g. Material is super soft and washes well. You can tell the foam is in pieces but doesn't bother me much at all

Feels like pillow at home

I love this pillow! I toss between side sleeping and back sleeping and this pillow feels most like your pillow at home. Inflatable pillows are too rigid. It condenses and rolls up so it doesn't take much room. I love that I can adjust the squishy-ness of the pillow, too. The fabric is also very soft. I used the pillow two nights backpacking and am so glad I had this pillow.

Quality Much Dimiished

This new pillow does not have the quality of one purchased 30 years ago. It contains about half of the internal foam as the previous one. It is far too soft.
