Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Light, quick-drying trail shirt
I've worn this shirt probably about a half dozen times while running or hiking. I like the fit. I'm just under 6' with an athletic build and i find that it's not too tight but I'm also not swimming in it. The fabric is super light and breathable, but still feels durable. I was also surprised at how soft it was. I didn't experience any kind of rubbing or uncomfortability while exercising in it. Dries fairly quickly which is nice for someone who sweats as much as I do. Lastly, I do like the color. May not be for everyone, but the light, sort of pastel green is a bit different than what I normally see in this sort of shirt. Best use is probably hiking and related activities where you want a lot of breathability and comfortable movement.
Good shirt, but work to do
I have worn this shirt 4 times, twice for indoor workouts and once each for a trail run and hike. I typically XXL and like my shirts with some room, but more form fitting. This shirt fit at shoulders, but is huge around mid-section making it difficult to wear under other clothing. Also the neck opening is very large, possibly due to sizing. I probably wouldn't buy as a result of fit. I like the textured feel of the material compared to other technical shirts. It launders well and looks great after. Shirt is a good start, but seems more work to do for me to give a higher rating.
Great base layer!
I have been quite happy with this shirt. Fits nice and feels soft. We live on a rural Maine homestead and are always working and playing outside. I appreciate that it dries fast and seems to avoid holding in smells. My wife said that she likes the color too. (Saint Bernard in picture is our dog, not my previously mentioned wife.)
Quality Shirt
First, I did receive this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Putting on this shirt, it honestly feels close to mithril from the lord of the rings. It is very comfortable, light, and breathable. Also, mint green is a great color, but that's just a bonus. There really aren't that many features of the shirt. It has a few small reflective spots but is otherwise a basic synthetic shirt. That's not a bad thing, though, and it does its job quite well. After first getting the shirt, I decided to run it through its paces in a weekend of adventure. I started by going for an urban run on Friday. The shirt was comfortable and enjoyable to wear. Minimal movement on the shirt while I ran, and it was comfy and breathable. After the run, I laid it out to dry, which itself dried in about an hour, then I went to the climbing gym for some bouldering. Again, the shirt was flexible, comfortable, and breathable. After climbing, I drove to Mt. Hood, slept in the car, and attempted to climb it the following day. Unfortunately, I got turned around by icefall around 200 feet from the summit. Fortunately, I got to test the shirt in both very cold conditions on the way up; obviously, it's a t-shirt and won't do much in the cold, but it works well as a base layer with warmer mid-layers and jackets. However, on the way down, I wore the t-shirt by itself as it was sunny and warm on the descent, and it worked well as a comfortable shirt in the sun. I took it home, washed it (it didn't shrink in the wash), and wore it for a few more runs and some casual wear around town. Overall, this shirt is comfortable, breathable, and quick-drying from the roads of rural Oregon to the alpine routes of hood, all in a weekend, and it'll dry off by the time you get back to your apartment. Good stuff.
Great humid weather running shirt!
I run in the morning in the South where it is typically 70-75 degrees and very humid. I was a bit skeptical that this shirt would be any better than my other running shirts, but this Grid material is much more comfortable than the non-Grid material. It stays cool and does not cling to my skin like the non-Grid material does. I liked it so much I bought two more! Highly recommend!
Running shirt for a long guy
I am a tall runner. I took a chance on this shirt and ordered it online when I saw that REI offered Tall sizes. (thankfully in more colors than just black) When it arrived, a close inspection of the shirt revealed that it is a very close replica of the Arcteyx Cormac, of which I have a few. My main complaint with most running clothes, including the Cormac, is they are too short. I am 6' 5" and I weigh 185-190 lbs. The REI Swiftland took all the features that I love on other running shirts, chopped the price in half, and made it fit me! The Swiftland is a little lighter and breathes about the same as the Cormac. It's now my go-to, hot weather running shirt. I own and wear sizes MDT and LGT. Both fit great.
Great Running Shirt
Awesome lightweight running shirt. Not heavy on the body and shoulder stitching is a nice fit. Shirt does fit a bit loose and relaxed, might be worth a size down if you are more slim.
Love it!
This is much superior in feel, comfort and lightness to a two-year-old REI T. On a week in Utah I wore it out to dinner, for a few days hiking and trail running as a base layer. No smell and breathes well. Finally put it in the laundry bag for the drive home and why I am on the REI website looking at buying another. The blue color is excellent but the others not so much. In any case, great shirt. I'd wear this as a regular t-shirt even if I didn't buy it for running.
Nice Piece of Kit!
I purchased a Large Tall this for my husband. While we weren't sure about the moss oxide color when we ordered online - once it arrived we really liked the color. The fabric is lightweight with a slight texture to it, but it is comfortable and doesn't rub against the skin. The fabric really breathes, perfect for walks/hikes in a more humid climate. The shirt seems like it is made very well. We weren't sure how the sleeves would fit being a combination of a set-in and raglan sleeve. My husband has very broad shoulders and there was enough room in the shoulders without the shirt restricting his arm movement. The shirt has a nice drape with sufficient ease around the body, not voluminous and not close to the skin. Comfortable, it moves as the body moves. He liked the t-shirt so much, we purchased the long sleeve version.
Great technical shirt
Excellent lightweight wicking shirt for any active pursuit, but has enough structure to use as a casual t-shirt too. I'm going to get another one. I'm 5'7", 155 lbs and the small fits just right.
