One by Eight on a Budget
This derailleur along with the shifter and wide range 12-46 cassette make for an easy and relatively cheap drivetrain upgrade. Only downside is that shifter and derailleur are only compatible with each other.

Affordable quality replacement.
Used it to replace a bent one on my old bike. Easy to install, chain doesn’t drop and adjusting was a breeze.
