Best hiker on the market. Both comfortable and durable these are much like the many pairs of Merrell's I've owned over the past 20 years.
Comfortable, durable and the right gear for my feet. Great design, tough sole, good grip and sturdy laces
I bought my first pair of Merrell Moab 3 Waterproof Hiking Shoes on June 19, 2023 and found that within 2 months they had stretched so much that my heel was getting blisters because they had become too large for me. At the same time the inside of the heel on each shoe was starting to come apart and the laces on one of the shoes started to fray and then broke on me. I stopped wearing these and went to find a Hiking Boot or Shoe that would stand up to the short walks I was taking around my neighbourhood as well as some of the trails I liked to walk. I would never buy a pair of Merrell Hiking Boots or Shoes again, as the don't offer quality support at the heel or along the font/sides.
Took it through the grinder with a 14 mile hike through Walnut Canyon. Got soaked, rocky trails, smooth trails it got it all. All I can say bad was it didnt have the grip I wanted with wet rocks.
Bought these for hiking around Boulder, Colorado and they handled the terrain very well. Rocks, rain, steep inclines, etc. these were comfortable and rugged out of the box.
The price hike on these shoes has made them unobtainable. Everyday wearer for years to I have to switch because I can't afford this price gouge
I work in a job that requires sturdy, comfortable shoes. My girlfriend purchased me this pair as a gift and I love them!
Quality footwear, good traction on the trail in ice or snow.
I live in Roanoke Virginia. My wife and I recently did the triple crown on the Appalachian Trail. This hike consists of going to McAfee Knob,Tinker Cliffs and Dragons Tooth it’s about 30 miles on some rough and rocky terrain. We both hike wearing Merrell boots. No problems. No blisters or hot spots on our feet while providing excellent traction and footing. I’ll never hike in anything else. Thank you for providing a wonderful product
Best hiking footwear I’ve had and now on second pair. Ive hiked the Andes, Annapurna Circuit Himalyas, Lake Superior Hiking Trail, 15 Fourteeners in Colorado, Mournes Mtns & Muckish Ireland, Camel Back Arizona and most recent the Karwendel Moutain Range Germany. Too many to mention. . Fantastic footwear and I wouldnt be on any trail unless my Moabs were on my feet.
