Best Shoe I've Worn in Forever

These are the best running shoes I've had in years. I can't run anymore so I will use them as walking shoes. They make me wish I could lace them up for a local 10K. They are comfortable out of the box. I have a very low volume foot with a narrow heel. There is no extra fabric in the upper, which is usually a problem for me. Not with this shoe. They are superb.

Returned after 5 workouts

Bought these for Orangetheory. My heel slipped out with any sort of weight room workout -- especially lateral movements. Runs large.

Run small & painful in the toe area

I ordered these shoes online but they seem to run small and we're uncomfortable on the top front of the shoe. I had to return them to my local store and ended up exchanging them for another type of Hoka. Everyone's feet are different and while these shoes didn't work for me, they may be fine for someone else

Hoka Convert

These are my first Hoka and I’m convert! I had a toe injury and I needed shoes that wouldn’t cause me pain after long days of walking in Europe. A friend recommended them so I bought for a 12 day Europe trip (20k+ steps a day); I had zero pain the entire trip! Can’t recommend enough.

Sizing

Fit is larger than expected. Previous reviews suggested I should order a size up. I am returning these to try the 8’s. I used to wear Bondi 8.5. I wear the Challenger in an 8.

Not for wide feet

I was pretty excited to try these shoes but unfortunately it was very snug on my wide feet. The size was perfect but my feet felt very constricted. I will be returning.

Runs small

Runs about half a size small. I had to return. I wear a 9 in Cliftons but a 9 in these has my toes bulging out the sides and hardly enough shoelace to tie.

Love love

Love my shoes. I have been on my feet a lot lately with work and trying to start to get into running and my feet were starting to become sore. I have heard great things about HOKA but don’t care for their look. I thought I would give this pair a try they looked like a less bulky hoka shoe. Instant relief when I put them on. Love them!!!
