Carve Designs  Beacon One-Piece Swimsuit - Women's

I bought several of these suits because they're cute. To my horror, after the first attempt of lap swimming (an hour in my gym's pool) it has faded about 35%. I wore it to swim one more time and oh boy it now looks like a rag (faded 75%, no kidding), all colors barely discernible. Please state that these suits are extremely prone to fading - not for swimming pool!

The straps and edges of the suit were itchy and the removable bra pads constantly bunched up while wearing it. It was cute, but not worth the discomfort.

I love this swimsuit, It's exactly what I was looking for. A more athletic piece, with a little bit of padding in the chest. I'm 5'5 135 and I was sure I would be a medium in a one-piece swimsuit (Usually a small in bikinis), but I checked with Carve before ordering and ordered a small. The small fits well, but for a looser fit I could have gotten away with the medium as well.

This is my second suit from Carve in this style. I swim laps mostly and it's wonderful for that, not as tight as a tank suit but tight-fitting enough to be quite sleek in the water.

This suit is very cute, but just not adequate rear end coverage for someone over 50... Too bad.
