Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

This coat as well-made, loaded with extra goodies, and it’s gonna be my favorite for a long time. Right away my favorite thing is that it is down-filled, and waterproof. I’ve been waiting for those two things together for a long time. Down is my favorite filling, and I want it waterproof. When you’re skiing and the weather is not quite freezing, and it’s snowing, if it’s not waterproof, you’re going to get wet. Another thing I absolutely love are the chest pockets. There are even 2 (2!!) of them. Sitting down with the phone in a hip pocket is really uncomfortable. So putting the phone in the chest pocket is perfect. And with two pockets high on the coat, you can even stash the phone and a music device for example. Besides the chest pockets there a are several more pockets placed around the coat. It has a nice extra down-filled flap around the neck to keep the wind at bay. The other goodies include an adjustable hood that cinches down around the neck, straps around the arm that are cinchable, and pit zips to open up if you’re skinning up in that fresh powder and get too warm. So, yes, this is a great coat.
5’8” - 130 lbs - no bust haha I just bought this jacket and while I love it I really wish I had sized up. When I tried it on in the store there was a vast difference between the medium and the large and I went with the medium which I kind of regret but was buying it on my way to the airport to leave the US so returning not a great option. I’m on the taller side and find the pockets sit a bit high on the medium. The large even though a bit sloppy in the arms seemed a bit longer and had better coverage of the booty. I am typically a Small/medium in most just as a heads up. love the look though, the jacket is super warm, love the feel of the material in the jacket, my only thing I would say about materials is the zipper is difficult to connect and seems like cheaper quality, we’ll see how it holds up though.
I was looking for a jacket to take on my trip to Iceland and I had specific needs I was looking for. I wanted something that would keep me warm and dry and not too heavy. I also wanted a bright color (not important to everyone but I love bright colors). This jacket had everything that I was looking for. It kept me warm in the freezing weather and windy days. I stood next some very misty waterfalls and it kept me completely dry. The pockets were big enough to hold my gloves and beanie. I ordered up so I was able to wear layers underneath. Although this jacket looks bulky it never felt that way, it was easy to move around in and lightweight. I did have a couple of times where the zipper wouldn’t catch but it was mostly when I wasn’t lining it up correctly. This is my new favorite winter jacket!!
I bought this coat for a trip up to the arctic during the polar night. With the proper layering it was perfect. I love it. Much better than a puffer bc it’s water resistant. Also a much better price than comparable products. I got the golden color bc it was the only one they had, but I ended up loving it. A great jacket.
This jacket is incredibly warm, lightweight, and durable. Bought it to survive my collegiate winters in Upstate New York (born & raised in sunny CA), and it held up with daily wear for four years. Easy to layer under, but you honestly could wear just a long-sleeve with this in 10-20 degree weather and be totally fine. Lined pockets were incredibly useful! My only qualm is that it is a shorter jacket (not meant to cover below the waist), so it requires you to layer with leggings/tights on really cold days. It rivals Canada Goose in warmth at a fraction of the cost--run to get this before its gone!
Quality jacket with lots of positives, but not perfect. The fabric seems very high quality, durable, and waterproof. it's seems very warm. The hood is adjustable, warm, and covers well. I love the Sea Forest green color. Three inside pockets are great to have. I like that it's a little longer than some jackets, and especially in the back. The bottom has adjustments to keep the cold air out, and it has pit zips which are a great feature. The side pockets are way too high and too small. It's hard to get your hands in with gloves on, and are at an awkward angle. The zipper is high quality, but is only oneway, and hard to get up and down.
I just have to share how pleased I am with this jacket. It is very warm, yet I never feel overheated in it. Generally I am wearing it to walk the dog and for casual wear. The last few days I've put it to the test hiking in the backcountry in Colorado. It held up to wind and heavy snow and kept me toasty and dry. I also get a lot of compliments on the gold color. On the inside they are generous pockets that I use consistently.
I live in the PNW and was searching for a while to find an insulated waterproof coat for the wet winter months. This jacket seemed to be the one, and I purchased in store for the original price of almost $300. The jacket is warm and kept me dry, but after having it for just under 4 months, the zipper is already malfunctioning and I can't zip the jacket up. This is a huge, huge disappointment considering the cost. Now I'll have to drop another $100 to repair it. It's just ridiculous to me, so I would take that into consideration when purchasing this jacket. I have the right size and haven't even worn it that much, so I have no clue why the zipper suddenly doesn't work.
I had high hopes for this coat, but I ended up returning it. It was definitely warm and waterproof, but It was so bulky that I felt kind of like the stay-pufft marshmallow man. Also, the zippers had pulls that were so tiny I couldn’t grab them with gloves on. The pit-zips got stuck every time I tried to use them, requiring me to take the coat off to fix them which is not practical. If I’d gotten a big discount it might have been worth keeping for really cold days, but for full price I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. I think I’m better off with a light weight puffer and a waterproof shell. FWIW, I’m 5’2” 115 lbs and the x-small fit well. Usually REI x-small is a bit roomy on me.
I was browsing my local REI and found this jacket in mustard yellow in the returns section-- it was returned due to sizing issues, which I understand. I generally wear a true medium and the one I got was a large, which is honestly perfect on its own but still allows for me to wear a fairly bulky sweater or a couple of layers underneath. Although I see other reviews complaining that it's not warm, I 100% disagree. I was using this as a day-to-day coat in -5 degrees F to about 30 degrees F and was comfy-- I had to take it off in the car because my back would overheat with seat heaters on! Plus it blocks the wind. I plan to use this in the future as more of a ski jacket or winter hike jacket and revert back to my longer puffy coat for day-to-day use.
