Not for me

I got this and two other merino t-shirts for stink free travel. This one was the only one that was 100% merino, and in retrospect, a mistake. I've had it for two months, wore it 4 - 5 times, washed it 3 times. I have three problems with this t-shirt that I have not encountered with the other ones that had some poly mixed in: 1. this doesn't keep its shape very well - looks more like a night gown than a t-shirt. 2. when it gets wet, it smells like wet sheep; the smell did not go away on subsequent washings 3. it already developed a couple of pinhole tears with light use - no hiking, just traveling. The holes are in front, not in high friction areas. Lesson learned: a modest amount of polyester (10-20%) goes a long way to make a more resistant, better looking tee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Or the shirt to the eclipse the other day on top of a mountain in Arkansas and it was great. Super comfy and breathable!

Not durable at all.

Was wearing it for two days carefully but afterward a hole appeared on the t-shirt, the product is not quite durable.

Might be my favorite T-shirt ever

I think merino wool is the best thing ever. Wish I had discovered it earlier. I’ve worn this shirt in both warm and hot temperatures. I have to say that Icebreaker merino has kept me dry and warm. I can wear this a number of times without it starting to smell as well. Wool feels better to me than synthetic base T-shirt’s. Overall this is my favorite shirt I own. Looking forward to getting more in the future

Paper thin, holes after first wash, what happened?

If you want a super light weight shirt where your nipples and chest hairs poke through this will be your jam. I have 15 year old Ice Breaker base layers that have held up better than these shirts after 2 months. I bought 3 of these hoping to come closer to my lifelong goal of maximum merino wool in my wardrobe. I've been wearing and caring for Merino wool for 20 years. These wore holes after the first wash. 150 is too light for a daily wear T-shirt. Please make a heavier weight version of this. I'll pay more. Pretty please :)

I have 5!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 short-sleeved T's and 2 long-sleeved T's. Except for one dress shirt, they are the only shirts I pack for traveling. The reviews you've read are true. They easily can go 3 days without a wash and still look, smell and feel great. If they do need a hand wash in a hotel sink - or wherever - they easily dry overnight. They also roll-up tightly, so they are space-saving in my carry-on. If you are going to hot climates I recommend the darker color which won't show sweat as easily as the lighter ones. #TravelOn!

Best T

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these in men's & women's for a 3 week trekking adventure. These shirts are awesome. You can easily rinse to freshen up when you have access to running water, they dry quickly and don't hold any funky smell, perfect for travel. We took 2 for each of us, so that one could be rinsed/dried and the other worn. Excellent purchase & worth the price. Weight is heavy enough to wear like a regular T (vs undershirt) but light enough to keep you cool on warm days & dry quickly when washed. Highly recommend.

Best merino shirt to date

Legit the best merino wool shirt I have owned. Its pricey but worth it. I love the way it fits and how it feels. I am 6'2 and it's the perfect length in a large. If you're on the fence just do it and you wont be dissapointed.

Merino Tech Lite II Short Sleeve T-Shirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Merino Tech Lite II Short Sleeve T-Shirt is hands down one of the best t-shirts I've owned. It's lightweight, soft, and super versatile, making it perfect for everything from hiking to casual wear. Why I Love It: ✔ Soft & Comfortable - No itch, just smooth merino that feels great against the skin. ✔ Breathable & Moisture-Wicking - Stays cool in warm weather and dries quickly. ✔ Odor-Resistant - Worn it multiple times between washes, and it still smells fresh. ✔ Great Fit & Versatility - Works well as a standalone tee or a base layer. A Couple of Considerations: ⚠ Fabric is lightweight, so be mindful of snags. ⚠ A bit pricey, but the quality and durability make it worth it. If you're looking for a high-quality merino t-shirt that's comfortable, breathable, and perfect for any occasion, this one's a winner. I'll definitely be buying more!
