Great colors and design, but runs very small and tight. I usually wear a medium or large and the large was too tight and I’m not sure if an extra large will work either.

Smaller than description states, I have other Smartwool and small size fits perfect. This shirt is much smaller. Not returning because of the 7.99 shipping fee. If I would have known this I would have ordered where I could have returned free!

Love the color options in this piece! I have the grey one and you can see through the mid section a bit. Choose your under garments carefully if you're going to wear it as a stand alone top :) It's snugger fitting but has great stretch. It's warm and moves well as you move. It's a great base layer piece for cooler weather activities. Super cozy, comfy and cute. Just wish the top panel was a little less see through so I could wear it on it's own while out and about. #SmartwoolLove

I wore this sweater with a T-shirt underneath this past weekend in Maine where it was snowing/sleeting along with a coat. It was very comfortable and warm. It's a bit thin but still warm. I originally ordered a S but had to return and get a M (I am a size 4-6, 5'-4' and 127 lbs and often get S in other products). The neck part was very comfortable, stayed warm and well constructed - no need to wear a turtle neck when wearing this sweater. Great product.

I am retired and enjoy wearing casual, comfortable merino shirts in winter rather than dressy shirts or heavy sweaters. I still love something with style and interesting design and this fits nicely in my wardrobe, either with leggings or jeans. I am a size medium, 5'9"", 140, athletic build, and will say this is a more fitted top, so if you want a more loose fit, size up. I love Smartwool, as the sleeves are generously long enough for me. I want to love this so badly but I have climbers shoulders and the cut of this top is way too tight under/around the arms - it fits perfectly everywhere else and is super cute but the seams where the arms are attached are very unforgiving, they make this uncomfortable to wear . A change in the way the arm is articulated would absolutely fix this, I'll be keeping a hopeful eye out!

I am 5'5 and 132lbs with a smaller upper body. Based on other reviews, I sized up and am glad I did. The fit is more form fitting than other SW tops and while I probably could have gotten away with a small, am glad to not have it so tight. It is a bit longer than I would like but better that than too short. I use this on my morning hikes and for Nordic and alpine skiing.

I buy a new SmartWool item every winter season so I am appreciative of the new designs when they come out. This 3/4 zip up is a staple cut for me and I love the colored sleeves. The thing about SmartWool clothing is that things wash amazingly. They continue to look new with. minimal pilling for a very long time. Keep up the good work, you have a loyal customer with me.

This top feels like a cozy hug. It has stretch and moves with you. I have worn it around the house and out hiking. It can be worn with a vest or jacket over for extra cold days. It regulates your body temp nicely when worn as your first layer. The gray heather color is gorgeous. Can't wait to wear it more as the colder weather moves in this winter. #SmartwoolLove

As soon as I put this on I loved it. Very fitted yet not too tight and felt great on my skin. Also stays put around waist/hips. I wear it to stay warm in normal situations and as a good layer if doing activities like snowboarding. Design is eye catching too.
