Excellent hat
This is my favorite hat for the cooler parts of the year. The size is fantastic, covering my entire watermelon of a head with extra material left to fold down over the back of my neck and ears. I’ve taken it on longer hikes and worn it while it was soaking wet in the rain in the high forties and it still kept my head toasty. That’s the power of wool! Aside from the material becoming a little relaxed the back no signs of being worn and a wash would cause it to snap back like all wool. No signs of pilling or stray fibers. Love it. I’m buying another just to have an extra.
Be A "Glad Hatter" With This Item
My husband and I were going to MN and since he shaves his head and we live in AZ, we thought it wise to find a warm, comfortable, and appropriately colored stocking cap for the trip. We found everything we were looking for in this Smartwool Cozy Cabin hat. It is extremely warm, very soft & comfortable, and was in a green heather hue that was a perfect color to pair with his down parka. The size was generous and the price was reasonable for the finely woven hat!
