wonderful, lightweight boat
I've owned my 15s for 2+ years. I was waiting for an Eddyline Sitka LT, but bought this instead. It's relatively easy to carry and handle, tracks straight, goes fast, and has a lot of storage (3 hatches in 3 sizes; can actually stow a cart in the rear one, and the day hatch is in front, easy to reach). Molded paddle park on deck. And it's beautiful.
LOVE my Delta sea kayak!
Delta kayaks are AMAZING sea kayaks. I have used Deltas on Lake Erie, the Aegean Sea, and on several deep rivers. I use it with and without a neoprene spray skirt. It’s light weight and solid for the length. The hull shape allows me to steer without the rudder. Just tip your hips to turn. The rudder is designed well. It is solid and can land on rocky beaches without damage, if necessary. The storage is easy to access and the lids seal well. Delta kayak designers thought of everything I needed, before I knew I needed it!
