Love my footprint

Issue with tent

I recently used it for the first time, and unfortunately experienced an issue right away. The mesh where it connects to the zipper has become detached after just a single use. We were very careful with setup and use, so this was both unexpected and disappointing—especially given the quality I’ve come to expect from your brand. Because the tent has only been used once, I’m hoping you might be able to help with a replacement or a refund—whichever you feel is most appropriate.
