Almost good.
Two issues, thus two stars deducted. 1- they’re very loose if you don’t have a high volume foot. I had to take out the elastic and replace it with traditional laces. They felt like they were falling off with each step. My feet aren’t narrow but they are not high volume. 2- I can’t wear these without socks. The top edge of the heel digs into my Achilles. It’s sharp and not at all designed with anatomy in mind. I wear no show socks with just enough heel to go above the edge of the shoe. That sucks because these looked like they’d be comfortable as a no-sock option. On the plus side they look good and the outsole is grippy. I got them for use on boats.

Look and feel aweseome but don't last long...

Love the way these shoes look and feel but their durability is something that seems to have changed over time. The first pair I owned lasted about two years. The next pair lasted about a month before the insole tore apart. REI was amazing in replacing them, no questions asked, but the replacement pair seem to have run their course after just 6 months. Not sure I'll be buying another pair.

Everyday shoe, great for the boat or travelling

I love wearing my Moku Pai shoes during the summer, and anytime there isn't snow on the ground. They fit perfectly, and the tongue has just the right amount of elastic to keep them snug on my feet. After wearing them daily for a year, the elasticity is just as it was when they were new. I appreciate that the heel folds down, making it easy to slip on when needed. The mesh material allows airflow, keeping my feet cool and dry. They are lightweight, comfortable, and stylish enough for work. Another great feature is the elastic laces, which don't need to be tied, making them convenient for travel, especially while going through customs at the airport. My only gripe is that the feather edge of the midsole has started to fray. Thus, after a year, I needed a new pair, which I gladly purchased.

A first!!

I actually bought these first in white. I wore them straight out of the box for a full day at Disney World and the next FULL DAY at EPCOT. Total comfort! I also wore them on a deep-sea fishing excursion with my son, grandson and son in law. There was blood and fish guts splashing all around the deck and unfortunately a few spots landed on my shoes. Not the end of the world because these shoes are completely WASHABLE. All signs of blood and guts came out in the first washing. I am sold, needless to say, so I bought these in blue too!!! Oh, and the band across the toe of this shoe actually makes my size 11 (women's) foot look small!! Obviously, I can't say enough.

Countless wins w/TB, 1 loss does not make it bad!

I have bought a lot of Tommy Bahama clothing, shoes, sun glasses, flip flops etc. over the years. I have always been extremely happy with the quality, fit and appeal of the products. These sneakers, not so much. They didn't fit well, nor gave me the the comfort and style I perceived from the online display. Additionally, the craftsmanship of the sneakers was very poor in my opinion. Both shoes had stitching that was already coming out as it had not been properly secured. I've never had that experience with any of the products before. Things happen, I understand that. My pleasure with Tommy Bahama products over the years by far outweighs this one negative experience.

Super comfortable Olu Kai Shoes

These are even better than I had hoped! I travel a lot and am always looking for lightweight, crushable footwear to take along or wear. These are perfect. My feet stay cool and dry. They are extremely comfortable for walking. Every so often an item comes along that I know I will buy again. Such is this pair of shoes. TB is my clothier of choice and they have again filled a hole in my wardrobe. Thanks for a great product!

The honeymoon doesn’t last long

I have had them for a few days over 6 months. Loved them at first and then my heel started hurting after wearing them. Reached out to Olukai support because the insoles are wearing down and their option was to sell me some insoles. It was better than nothing but I hoped these shoes would last longer than 6 months. Overall love the shoes but they are not good quality.

A must buy for those with mobility issues!

Best shoe i have ever had for daily wear! After my double hip replacement surgery, I can slip them on and off easily without any fuss. These are a must buy if you want a comfortable walking shoe and have mobility issues. I have owned or currently own at least 8 pairs of the Moku Pae sneakers and buying another pair today.
