Better than Nothing.

I bought this since it seemed to be a good value, some bags can cost more than this bundle. It is better to have this than nothing of course in an emergency. I can't recommend this due to the tool. It has most of what you might need on the road, but it is hard to use. For example the thickness of the sides makes it hard to get to the bolt. Moreover, I tried to tighten the tool, but the individual bits always loosen up. Tightening the bolts further just freezes the bits. The pump and patch kit are still on my bike, the tool is in my everyday backpack but looking for some alternate. I will not go cheap this time.

This kit is a good deal

I bought this kit because it came with everything I need to repair a flat and the price was good. I'm glad I had this with me today. New bike. Maiden voyage. Got a flat. Everything in the kit worked as it should. No problems. I was patched up and back on the road in no time.

Multi-Tool will fall out

Took this mountain biking riding and the tool fell out on my first trip with it. Poor design as the tool pouch is open on both ends. I would not use the pouch to store these items and it doesn’t tighten down well under my seat. I am not an aggressive rider. I suggest to look for something else or you’ll be spending more money after you lose things on the trail. Just really poor execution on the pouch.

Great value for the price. The pump works great!

I haven't had to use the patch kit yet, so I can't speak to its quality, but both the multitool and the pump have been phenomenal. I love that the multitool has everything I might need and have already gotten a good use out of it; it's useful and strong. As for the pump, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just that good, but it only takes me a couple dozen pumps to get my tires from flat to where I want them to be. It's Fantastic! I just wish it had a gauge to see the pressure of the tire, but it has been working great! For the price, I would say this is a great little kit for starters.

Great Starter Kit!

thankful for the person who answered the question of how to switch for the different valve! 15yo son was sad that he might have to return it as a great kit with everything you need and takes up a small amount of space too! #thanksrei

Pump does not work well

The pump is unable to reach above 20-25 PSI without ejecting itself off of the valve. :/

Compact and convenient, but limited

Compact and convenient, but I wish it had a better way to carry a spare tube.

Better than nothing (ha!) - good entry level kit

Also agree with other reviewers that this is better than nothing but noth great. I used the tool to replace a flat in my first ever race and I had trouble flipping the tire off. I also have no idea how to change the pump from the presta to shrader (I race on a cheapo hybrid), so luckily I was able to borrow a pump from another rider. Glad I had it with me, but now that I've learned more, will probably invest in a better kit. If you can figure out the pump valve issue and aren't racing, this is probably a fine kit for you to buy.

Perfect bundle

Perfect bundle for my peace of mind. Conveniently tucks into my saddlebag and gives me confidence that I won't be stuck with a flat.

Everything in this bundle is so low quality, it’s essentially useless. Maybe the pump works but I would have no way of knowing since the patches don’t stay stuck on a bike tube.
