These gloves are fairly generously sized. I bought a medium and a small would have worked better. I wear a small or medium glove depending on the brand. I used these outside to walk my dog in temperatures around freezing. They weren't any warmer than the cheap gloves I bought at a big box store. They are comfortable and are fine for temperatures at or above freezing. I wouldn't expect these to keep my hands warm for snow sports.
Keeps your hands warm but the fingers aren't sewn into the glove. If your hands are wet or if you pull them out too fast, the glove will turn inside out. Very annoying.
The gloves are a perfect fit, comfy, warm, and functional
