Worth a try!
I had bought another pair of ice breakers (because they were on sale) to wear as a bae layer sock. I was so pleased I decided to try another pair. I think that this might moderate my foot temperature better than the smartwool socks I have. I always have cold feet, and these did pretty good for every day use!

Cute socks. They did shrink more than I expected, but I can still wear them.
A great Icebreaker sock
I have bought several pairs of this sock, for myself and others. I like it because it has higher wool content than other brands I have (SmartWool, Darn Tough) and it fits higher on the leg, making it especially suitable for wintry weather.
Thinner doesn't mean less warmth
Testing them in below zero F weather, they do keep my feet warmer than the thickness might suggest. As winter deepens, I'll see.
Women's Icebreaker socks are great
Womens Icebreaker socks are great. They fit well and stay in-place. While only worn a few times so far, they seem durable. They give a good amount of cushion and the wool blend keeps feet warm. I like the design and colors.
