best possible purchase after a bib!

These are amazing and probably a purchase I should have prioritized before getting more than one road cycling jersey. As you’ll wear these over and over it’s important not to go cheap with leg warmers. These save my ride and allow me to bike light in the schizophrenic San Francisco weather. Some nice touches are the articulated knees which seem like a pita to sew. A rapha sales lady told me knees are fine for shorter people and as my thighs are bigger than many road cycling men’s torso short stocky women do well with these as leg warmers! Don’t go cheap on leg warmers. The only issue is that it’s hard to see the knee articulation on an online site so it’s nicer to check them out in person at the store but they’re perfect

Great for tendonitis & winter hiking

I have suffered with tendonitis in my knees since I was a teenager, and as soon as the temps drop the pain and stiffness kicks in - I pair these with my Kuhl Frost Pant for hiking and have no issues with my knees! - I will also wear them around the house on super cold days under denim or sweatpants to help keep the knee pain at bay - of note, if you have sensory issues these may not be for you as the top band has silicone grippers which can feel pretty funky

Excellent purchase

I should have bought these sooner. These are terrific. I got the Pearl Izumi full-length leg warmers last year. They are great when it pretty cold. But these are a lot more versatile. Make sure you pay attention to the sizing chart (measuring your legs) and you will be happy

exactly what I was looking for

use these for running when the temperature drops. Not a fan on running tights, or tights + shorts. With these I can wear my normal running shorts, but also cover my knees. they dont slip at all. soft, high quality material.

super warm and blocks the wind well

I live on an island so its ALWAYS WINDY, and where the temperature is very unpredictable...these things make it possible for me to enjoy being outside and not being cold.

Nice Knee Warmers

Good for cool weather from 55 to 69 degrees. Wear long tights for weather lower than 55.

Extra layer for leg

During the cold weather, I usually wear this as a base layer under jeans. It provides protection against heat loss in thigh and knee area. I then would wear an over the calf sock to provide base layer downward.

Ill fitting

These knee warmers didn’t fit me well, and the synthetic material used to keep them from slipping is extremely abrasive causing abrasions. They didn’t work for me.

Excellent for cool weather riding

This is my second pair and I wear them anytime the air temp is below 55 degrees. They stay up nicely, especially when tucked under the cuffs of my liner shorts, and do a good job keeping my knees warm. No complaints from me.
