Misleading Product Offet
The Croakies as displayed clearly gives one the impression that one is buying a pack of “assorted colors”! Shame on you for allowing this to be presented in this way! Not good customer relations.

Wore Out Quickly
I bought this Croakies model and their Croakies Micro Suiters Eyewear Retainer at the same time. This model wore out quickly while the Micro Suiters is still going strong more than 2 years later; I'm about to buy more Micro Suiters for additional pairs of glasses. The following are the specific problems with this model: 1. From the beginning the neck strap continually separated from the rubber part that you put over the ear piece of your glasses 2. After a couple - few months, the rubber part that you put over ear piece of your glasses split so it wouldn't even stay on.

Rollercoaster approved.

I've purchased a few of these over the years and they have never let me, my wife, or our kiddo down. If you select the right size rubber for the end of your glasses, they will be locked in. I've worn these at theme parks, including on very fast rollercoasters, wave pools of water parks, and just general running around. I like how I can get them tight around the back of my head to make sure that my glasses will not go anywhere, barring some pretty extreme movement or something hitting my face. Without my glasses I'm effectively crippled, so I have to be sure they won't go anywhere.

Look Cool, but you'll probably loose your glasses.

These look awesome on your shades, but the very first time they got wet they slipped off and I lost my glasses. Don't waste your money on these unless you're never going to get them wet.

Just all around good!

Just an all around good reliable product. Light weight and does exactly what it should. Holds glasses.

Worked for a couple of days

After a few days the rubber stretched out and no longer held and I lost my glasses - even though I didn't loose the Croakies.

Active closeup reader.

REI had a pretty good selection and I took my time choosing the one I wanted. So far so good with the retainer. My glasses have not fallen off yet! I don't have bifocals so I only use my readers for close work and constantly taking them off and putting them back on.

Good/Bad and the Ugly

1) Use case: Sailing 2) the Good: it's what you would expect 3) The could be better : fix the ends that split after late early life, or "make different shoe sizes" to accommodate different ends on glasses: yes you have this measurement thing but a) how do you measure it while you are wearing the glasses?? b) staff not educated, and c) sizes often out of stock.
