Good Sandals, high arch support
I'm an adult with small feet, so I often wear children's shoes (Women's 5 = Children's 3). In general children's shoes run wide, but these do not. I have slightly wide feet, these were a bit narrow for me. For me the arches were a bit high, more support than I needed for my average arches. I would not recommend for someone with low arches. Overall they are very high quality sandals. They just didn't fit my feet as well as I had hoped. I'm going to continue to wear them and hope that they will conform to my feet. The straps adjust to make them fit very snugly.

LOVE THEM!!

Chaco's are amazing, I can walk 12 miles a day in them and feel great. I was excited to get them for my kids so they had some cute fun sandles that kept thier shape, looked great and kept thier feet supported and safe while they are doing the wild kids things. Once they are on they stay and my kids can run, play, bike, climb, swim, etc all without ever having to adjust thier shoes and never getting stubbed toes. They have2 pairs each, husband had 3 pairs and I have over a dozen pairs. They are well worth the money with the support and durrability. They have so many cute styles and colors so that is why I "need" so many pairs!

Great Arch Support for kids!

These shoes were the only ones that my daughters orthopedic surgeon recommended. He is one of the best doctors in the western states. If you are looking for arch support for a child, these are the ones! We searched everywhere and were able to find them at the Boulder store where the staff is amazing. They do run big so try different sizes on. They are extremely durable. Just wish my daughter had not outgrown them already. Hands down for any parent with a child, even a toddler, I would recommend these shoes. They made a huge difference for my daughters feet.

BEST SANDLE FOR KIDS!!

My daughters Orthopedic surgeon recommended these shoes for my daughter. The bones in her feet are turned outward by 30%. Most sandals do not support the arch in children's feet or their heel. These do both! They are comfortable and extremely durable. We did find that they do run a bit big but just purchased the next 1/2 size down. We also bought a pair for grandma (who also has problems with her feet). These shoes are amazing! And the folks at REI are also amazing and extremely helpful! I would recommend these to anyone with a child or have problems with their arches!

Amazing surprise for me!

I was looking for size 5 for women in Chaco and I had to order it online. I could not wait so I tryed on a kids size 3y and it fits. It a great product with a very comfortable sole. I just had to cut some of the end strap and burn the end to stay in place. I just wish it come in the toe straps. I wear it for zip lining, walking, hiking, going to the water park/theme parks. It is better then tennis shoes in my opinion. I can not wait to get my first Chaco tan....

Amazing even for short feet!

I been looking for a great pair of Chaco sandles women size 5 and I had to ORDER online! I refused to wait.... So, I tryed on the kids size y3 and amazing it fits... Bought two pairs with my REI MEMBERSHIP! I am just very happy that I have two pairs while I wait for the rest of them to come in. All over Houston, texas they don't carry size FIVE for ladies in the stores. I have small feet and very high arches. I just love these... The only complain I have is that I wish they come with the toes straps.... Hi, I save some money buying these kids sandles and I don't have a problem at all with this sandles. Way to go me!!!! I can go snokoling, rock climbing, paint balling, swimming at the water park, zip lining and so much more.

Go-to summer shoe!

I LIVE in these in the summer. At the campsite, river walking, beach strolling, mellow hikes, between climbs—I love them! They run a *tiny* bit at the inner front of my arch only if I wear them allllll day for a couple days. Overall so so happy!

Comfortable even for non-kids!

The adults' version of this shoe has been well reviewed, so I wanted to join the chorus of adult ladies who wear kids' shoes - I wear a women's 7 and comfortably fit in the kids' 5. I'm not used to shoes with a lot of arch support, so these took some getting used to, but following an initial break-in period, I've worn them pretty much nonstop. They've served me well as camp shoes, and I'm excited to do some light hiking in them.
