Short utensils

Excellent for most camping and back-country fine dining establishments (campfire with a picnic table? log, stump or flat rock next to the trail?) and a variety of cuisine (fresh cooked or MRE’s), but the handles are a bit short for many MRE pouches so you will end up licking food off your knuckles. I am getting longer utensils for back-country hikes.

light and colorful

Loved these. Bought 4 sets to entertain friends while camping. I'm glad the knives were sharp enough to cut through our breakfast sausages. Easy to clean, we hung them by the carabiner to dry. They were easy to spot, even at dusk.

Very Sturdy

This set of utensils is very well made! Sturdy and colorful. The included carabiner makes it really easy to keep each set together in a backpack or kitchen box.

So good I continued to use it at home.

After using the X-Plate, cutlery, and X-Mug/Tumbler during a recent camping trip, I returned home to my traditional ceramic dinnerware and metal cutlery. Despite my spouse's objection, I quickly switched back to my Sea to Summit camping set up. The raised side on the plate keeps foods, especially when paired with sauces, together and spill-free. The BPA free cutlery material cuts food smoothly and silently on the X-Plate Nylon base. I use the X-Mug/Tumblers for coffee, tea, and the occasional microbrew. Everything is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Amazing products.

Lightweight and Ultra Sturdy Cutlery

I bought two sets of this cutlery to take with me to Burning Man. The cutlery is well-designed, lightweight, and super sturdy. The fork and spoon feel good in your mouth, and are a good size. The knife, in particular, came in very handy. When it rained and the playa surface turned to a sticky muddy mass, we sacrificed one of the knives to be our “mud knife”, and used it to pry and lever the heavy, sticky mud off of our shoes, and to pry and lever the packed mud out of our bike fenders so that we were able to use the bikes after the storms. We were amazed that the knife held up to the force with which we used it. A remarkably versatile, durable tool. We have since lost the knife, but plan to buy another when we return home.

Lightweight and saves your mouth from burning.

Lightweight and saves your mouth from burning on metal sporks. I love that this comes with a carabiner to keep all the utensils together. Good value for the price.

Love this flatware!

We love this set of cutlery! We full time RV in a Winnebago Ekko and we wanted to make sure we limited anything that would make noise driving down the road. These are perfect. Good length and durability. Love that we can clip a set together with a carabiner for easy transport and organization.

Great set for any day

I use these as my daily utensils along with backpacking. I love the carbineer clip to keep my spoon, fork, and knife together on it. The quality is very high and clean very easy as they don't absorb stains and foods. The utensils do not have a bad taste either unlike some.

I like the blue color

I buy plastic utensils for camping because they are light weight, but also because I seem to loose them all the time. Recently, I lost a spoon and because REI was out of single spoons I ended up buying this whole set to replace it (hence 4 stars). It seems like the plastic knives start to pile up from buying whole sets. However, I really like the bright blue color. It might even be bright enough to keep me from losing the utensils.
