Great quality for a fair price
I've been slowly shifting everything I carry from my backpack to my bike. Frame bags are a great way to accomplish this if you're willing to accept the visual results of this change. I put this on my gen 5 fuel EX, its not a perfect fit between top-tube and seat post but nothing will be without going the custom route. For me it works, I can grab my phone quickly out of the bag and check the map. Keys are securely in place on a clip, and there's places to hold a multi-tool and a snack bar no problem. The one thing I would recommend is putting clear film where it contacts your frame, small scratches will occur.
Great Product!
Well made, fits perfectly, roomy enough to hold hex wrench set, spare tube, tire repair kit, tire wrenches, and more.
Great in theory, fine in practice
I loved everything about this bag... while I was riding. Whenever I hopped off my saddle to put a foot on the ground, it became clear that this bag is meant for a frame with a longer top tube. As in, I found myself straddling the bag instead of my bike. Very uncomfortable! Halfway into a long ride, I unhooked the velcro from my stem and let the bag hang below the top tube like a frame bag, where it couldn’t perform its intended function. I suspect, as with most bike accessories, it was developed with a dude’s physique in mind. Bummer.
