Ok
I want to love this tent, bust as of right now I can only like it (I hope that makes sense). It was a bear to put up at first (I did it by myself). The second and 3rd were easier, but a second person is always nice to have. They recommend you stake the tent first, but I think I will put it up first before I stake it. I noticed that I couldn't zip the partition while the "rain fly" was set up. Everything was EXTREMELY tight. Almost to the point where I thought seams were about to pop. The last night of our first trip with this tent we had a nice thunderstorm. There was one small leak near the top where the partition is sewn into the ceiling. The floor did puddle up in a few areas as well. I did have a cheap tarp down though. I really think both leaks can be fixed. Other than that, it fit 3 of us with cots and a dog comfortably.

Wagontop in the Adirondacks
Just returned from a very rainy 8 day trip in the Adirondacks. This was the first adventure with the Wagontop. The setup of the tent could be more intuitive if Nemo utilized color coded markers, although watching YouTube videos takes away most of the guess work. I like that the rainfly is attached. Was intrigued by the single wall aspect. Definitely streamlines things. Great window ventilation and rear door ventilation. Large vestibule for shoes etc. Cavernous tent, plenty of room for family of 4. Now the bad and the reason I returned it. When it rains for 24 hours, you can’t open the side windows because they bow out. We got massive condensation build up, single wall weak-point, and the rain hitting the ceiling made the condensation rain on us. If you are in less humid or drier environments it is a great tent. Unfortunately it isn’t ADK material.

Really wanted to love this tent.

I had the 4 person version first and decided to upgrade to the 6 person for some extra room. This tent is spacious. It is super easy to set up too. You will have a lot of room for small tables, fans, gear etc etc etc. It has great air flow and you can stay cool when camping in the summer. I used it for a 3 day camp trip and it worked flawlessly. We had beautiful weather so I didn’t get to test it out under rainy conditions on this particular trip. However…. We had a pretty heavy thunderstorm on the radar so I decided to set it up in my backyard to see how well it holds up in heavy rain. Unfortunately it did not do so well. Rain got in on all four corners of the tent. Every window cover leaked. The place where the guy puts are sewn in leaked. The back-top roof vent leaked. Somehow water was able to get in between the tent fly and dropped down inside the front-middle section of the tent. The tent was properly staked out and guyed out. Huge disappointment. I will be returning.

Great Summer Tent

Great Summer tent We do not use this when its below like 30 deg but for summer camping we love it because its so tall that you can stand up in it. We also like to bring our mini projector and put movies up on the wall after a long day. Also does pretty decent in high winds.

So far so good!

We bought it as an upgrade and just used it in our backyard to try it out before we take it on the month-long camping trip. The first time set up took 20min. We put the water sprinkler on it for a couple of hours (from different directions) and no leaks. The design of being water-proof, but airy and cool was a huge selling point. The absence of needing an extra rainfly for the travel we are about to do with lots of set-ups and take-downs is awesome. We hung a lantern from the middle hook and hung the phone from there for a movie night. Two cots and a hammock fit nicely with room to spare inside. We are so excited!

Tent is great! Tent case is not great!

The tent is easy to unpack and requires moderate level thinking set up. The instructions in the tent for set up were not easy to follow but we found a video online that was extremely helpful. There is ample room for standing and it is very spacious. We used the tent in minor wind conditions and moderate rain. The tent held up well and there were not any leaks. We used it twice. Cleaning the tent afterwards can be a bit burdensome depending on how clean you want it. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the tent zipper case is flimsy. After packing the tent and zipping it up the first time the zipper line came undone from the bag. I’m hoping to get that replaced at least.

120 nights in this tent in 24 months

Very classy design, easy to set up once you figure out a system. Inside windows are great. Blowing rain 75 mph and no rain made it in. Nice big “gear room” we put a King Size memory foam in it. Wife and baby love it. We flew to Alaska with it last summer. Baller addition to your rental car. Only negatives. A wind storm finally killed our tent home. Montana in the middle of July a wind (70 mile an hr gust)came and tore 4 tent stake straps off and picked our tent up (150 lbs of gear inside)and body slammed it 75 feet away from the foot print. Rest In Peace. Every pole is bent, we need military grade tents for our future adventures You rock Nemo

Wonderful, airy design, Well worth the investment

We researched many 6 person tents online. It was difficult finding the perfect tent via pictures and online videos. The NEOM Wagontop 6 exceeded our expectations! We watched online videos' regarding the set up, practiced once at our house and would strongly suggest a trial run before your first set up. Great circulation and super sturdy! We camped in May with wind gust close to 40mph near a lake. Our tent held up without any worries and stood its ground. We did not use the rain gear and slept under the screen "front" area, opposed to the back area. Highly recommend taking advantage of the open screen side.

Amazing in every way!

I got this tent with exceptionally high expectations and it has exceeded EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. With all the small updates they made through this tent, I am sure it will continue to surpass my expectations in regards to how long it lasts. Also, if you are 6'0"+ get this tent! I can get ready so comfortably in the mornings and sit in the porch as I lace up my boots for a long days hike!

Great tent. Not great for windy conditions

We took tent to Big Bend NP and stayed in the chisos basin. Setup is a breeze. Conditions at camp were quite windy. One day after a hike we came back to find someone else’s tent impaled on a yuca plant next to our campsite. Our Nemo tent was still there. It would buckle in the wind but when secured properly it stayed put. The last day was the windiest and after 5 days of being battered by wind, one of anchors for vestibule tore off at the seem. We were lucky that the failure occurred within a year of purchase and REI gave us a full refund. It supposedly has a lifetime warranty but I’m glad I didn’t have to engage the manufacturer. I would buy the product again, but probably wouldn’t take it someplace with really really high winds…like the chisos basin.
