To find your size, position a tape measure just above your ears and about 1 in. above your eyebrows. Keep the tape level to measure the circumference around the largest part of your head and then find the corresponding size in the Technical specs info.

Other reviews have mentioned that this helmet easily dings, but I've yet to experience that. This has been my favorite helmet to own. I like the low profile and featherlight weight of it compared to other helmets. The size has a wide range to allow hats or headbands underneath if needed. The low profile design also helps it fit under hoods more easily. The differences are worth the price.

Pros: This helmet feels very lightweight. Feels super breathable on your head! Provides great protection. Great adjustability. Cons: Will definitely make your head look like a mushroom... as all climbing helmets tend to do.

No, I do not recommend this product
I had two climb with the helmet and it already has multiple puncture in the shell. This helmet mark very badly
