Ultralight ultrathin ultranice alpine quickdraw
These alpine quickdraws draw their soul from the miniwire carabiner. My only complaint seems to have been addressed: my first three of these came with two light-gray carabiners. I changed one for a miniwire octane to keep track of the rope carabiner and keep the gray one for clipping metallic stuff. The last one I got came with a light-gray + gray configuration which helps those (perfectionist and self-diagnosed OCD) climbers like me tell them apart. Please make that gorgeous runner available for purchase separately!
Lightweight, Great Alpines
The new tubular webbing used is a bit interesting, i usually like a standard dyneema sling, but with the same strength rating, this racks smaller and lighter; I'm curious as to how durable the sheath will be... but so far so good, would definitely buy another! Smaller biners make it a bit interesting to clip if you're not used to them, and I do usually like obviously different colored biners to designate a rope and a gear side, but some nail polish helps with that.
A must have
These alpine draws are a must have in any sport or trad rack. These are great for keeping your rope off rock and in a straight line when the protection on a route is all over the place. Only thing I dislike about these draws is the tooth where the wire gate comes in contact with the nose. Sometimes it gets caught on the hanger or sling when clipping/unclipping.
OK, but not enough
This draw is light, strong, and a great option for an alpine draw with one MAJOR drawback: the carabiners are the same color! I like having 2 different color carabiners (one for the rock side, one for the rope side). I hope that the next iteration will have one gray carabiner and one colored carabiner!

Exactly what I needed
These alpine draws are just what I was hoping for: they’re nice and light, easy to clip, and seem like they should hold up well over time. I do wish the caribeeners were a brighter color—the grey gets a bit lost in snowy conditions, but certainly not a huge issue. Highly recommend!
Great product
This has been a great product that is very lightweight with a lot of versatility. Wonderful when you need anormal length quickdraw or when you if your clip-in point is further away and you need some extra length you can quickly make an extended quickdraw for more reach.
Light and Affordable
Black diamond has become my go to for gear. Their equipment is well thought out and executed. These draws are perfect for my local crag. Each sling has both a grey miniwire and a purple, making organization easy and fast. Would definitely purchase again in the future!
Good gear
These are great alpine draws. Not much else to say. The carabiners are light and solid, dyneema slings are the same. I considered buying all the components separately and assembling them myself but this set proved cheaper after running the numbers. Great buy!
So very light
These draws are amazingly light. The only cautionary note is that the MiniWire is what is says it is - mini. The carabiners are quite small and can make for challenging clipping with cold hands, gloves, etc. Still a 5 Star product - just highlighting.
