Good but not amazing

I bought these shoes based on several other reviews. I like the design and they fit as described. They are not as comfortable as I had hoped, not as much cushion or as much arch support as the reviews I read had said but they are not uncomfortable. The toe box is plenty wide and the heels fits well. My only real complaint is that they make noise when I walk. It is a squish sound (not a squeak) that started a few weeks after I got them. If it had started right away I would have returned them but now it is too late as I have worn them a lot. More comfortable then my Adidas but not as comfortable as my Sketchers.

Poor Quality and Runs Slightly Small

I've always worn a size 7.5 shoe in NB, and these ran just slightly small or tight. I wore them for running, and my toes were always a little pressed against the front. My biggest issue with the shoe, though, is the sole almost completely wore through in only 1.5 months. I bought them early June, and by mid-July, all the tread in the sole was gone ... lasting not even 175 miles of walking/running. Highly disappointed in the quality of this shoe compared to other NB shoes I've owned.

Good but....

Disappointed in the sizing, it runs small compared to my other New Balance sneakers. I will be exchanging as I like the level of cushioning and lightweight feel of the shoe

Very Happy Runner!

Great fit, supportive soles and lightweight. When it was time to replace my other NB's I decided to give these a try. I love them!

Run Small order at least 1/2 size up.

This shoe runs small. I am normally a 7, ordered a 7 but they were too small. I had to return them.

Great Running Shoes

Great shoes very comfortable, even more comfortable after I put memory foam inserts in them. Been wearIng NB for many years and haven't had any problems, too many people give the brands a bad review because they either bought the wrong size and width and don't know their what type of shoe they should wear. You can't buy a walking shoe and run in them then give the shoe a bad review, see this all the time. With that being said these are great running shoes.

I love NB but not these shoes

i own a ton of NB tennis shoes. all different sorts. I ALWAYS wear a size 9. these shoes fit strangely, as if they are a 1/2 size too small. I think the other reviewers talk about a tight toe. for me it was tight and short.....and they hurt the back of my heel. I've never every had a problem with NB. so sad i have to return these

So close

Tried these after the terrible 880 redesign and I really liked them except they were tight over the top of my foot and just a bit too narrow, even in D width. I guess NB is aiming for a secure fit, but I'd rather them do that with a good lacing system than stitching the top too tight.

Somewhat uncomfortable

I have had several pairs of new ballance running shoes, all really comfortable, but these, despite being the same size as my last pair, felt like they were crushing my big toe to the point where after two attempts at running in them I cant wear them any more. An expensive mistake.

Minimalist but holds up for distance

Perfect for the those of us wanting a minimal running shoe with low drop and light on weight but aren't into barefoot. It's just enough shoe! Def size up. I wear a 9 in every day shoes, usually a 9.5 in running shoes, including other new balance's. But needed the 10 in these.
