I should have read the reviews...
Keen has a great reputation and so I trusted the brand instead of reading the reviews. But such is the danger of buying shoes online. I wanted a good all-purpose sandal for days near the water, plus creek crossings and camp shoes while I backpack, and didn't want to break the bank. Unfortunately I found the fit to be too small overall even with clean, unswollen bare feet... no way could I ever get these on if I was on the trail! Once they were on, they simply hurt. I don't think going up a size would help things. I'm returning them and will look for a different style.
Nice sandal
My only issue with this sandal is that my pinky toe has a tendency to catch in the gap in the upper sole. Other than that, it is comfortable and the micro bacterial treatment has certainly helped from an odor perspective. I have had these for a year now and they are wearing well.
