Works smoothly and great customer support
Bought the 31.6mm version and rode it happily without issue. UPS demolished my bike in shipping, and oneup replaced the damaged parts without even charging shipping! Besides great customer service, this dropper installs easily and has a very smooth action. I like that it has a shim to reduce the travel, though I never used it.
Got the saddle out of the way!
The longest dropper post! The one that came in my bike didn't drop far enough out of the way, and this offers way more drop. It's also super easy to install, and their remote is really comfortable.
Great post, but test of time is important
Easy to set up, works great but only a few hundred miles on it. If it holds up for a few thousand miles, t will be great.
Love the serviceability
Can't ask for more out of a post. Long drop and easy to service.
