Another great iteration of a great shoe

Arahi has been my go to running shoe for years, starting with the original Arahi. This is my 6th pair and it continues to perform exceptionally. I am larger than most distance runners (6'7" and 225 lbs) and faced some orthopedic challenges when trying to increase my mileage before finding the Arahi. The cushioning has taken away impact stress from my joints, while the low drop and Rocker-sole promote a mid-sole strike which has alleviated foot pain I was experiencing.I have recommended Arahi to both family and friends. Based on my experience it is a great shoe!

The Arahi 4 is a wonderful shoe and a great ride for anyone looking for a well cushioned supportive shoe. I've owned every version of the Arahi with the exception of the first one and they have saved my running. I developed a touch of arthritis in the joint that connects my big toe to my right foot after a turf toe injury took forever to heal. I was unable to run in normal shoes without my a lot of pain in my foot, but while wearing these shoes I can run with little to no agitation. GREAT SHOES!!!!

Verdict is still out. Definitely narrow through the ball of my slim foot. Sized right on compared to speedgoat 4, but not near as plush. Only have about 4 miles on them and hope things loosen up a bit.
