Perfect harness for small waisted children!
This is a great harness for petite/small waisted kids who climb. My daughter is a gym climber and has a narrow waist. She used a Petzl Simba at the gym which worked but she always wanted to take it off as soon as she was off the wall as it wasn't very comfortable and she complained about how it felt when she was being lowered. We did some research and ordered both the Momentum and the Edelrid Fraggle. The Momentum was by far the most comfortable both on the wall and off and is easy for her to put on and take off. This is definitely the one we will stick with until she outgrows it and hopefully will fit into a waist harness.

Quality harness. Love that I can introduce my little one to climbing at such a young age. Kids are fearless so having a quality harness you don’t need to worry about puts my mind at ease. Price point is good as well so I won’t have hard feelings when he grows out of it. This harness is adjustable so I should be able to get a few years of use out of it before he is ready for something new. Big props to Black Diamond for considering the kids.

Great Harness
This works great for my 6 year old. He’s only 35 lbs but this tightens well and has been very secure and comfortable for outdoor climbs.
Works great!
Fits my 2 year old well. She’s about 37” tall and 33 pounds. Easy to use and seems comfortable. No complaints from my daughter!
Fun Times!
We are just introducing our little guy to climbing at the local gym over the winter. He's loving wearing the harness and swinging around in it. He's 18 months old, weighs 24 pounds and is still a little small for the harness at this point, even at it's smallest setting. Due to his height and centre of gravity, when he hangs in the harness he goes horizontal and it wouldn't be good to let him try to climb and have him flip with a fall. That's no fault of the harness, however, just that he is still small and will have to grow into it a bit. He's having a blast and that's what counts for now!
My daughter loves it
I can't stop my 4-year-old from climbing things she's not supposed to so we got this for her so that she can climb something safely for a change. She's very comfortable with it, and it's secure and easy to adjust. It turns out she's three times better at climbing when you remove the fear of falling.
Great Kids Harness
I bought this for my 7 year old. He tried all available kid sized harnesses, and chose this one. This also fits my 9 year old with some room. I am tempted to try it for my 11 year old. My 7 year old finds it comfortable when climbing and has not complained of any pinching or discomfort. Seems very well made and should last until they grow out of it, I think.
Great harness!
I have this for my 5 year old and it fits her great, she loves it and it is very secure. I’m not worried about her falling out.
Good Child's Harness
Purchased this a week ago and have used it twice so far. My child who is 5 years old, 44 inches tall, 40 lbs. fits safely in the harness. She is able to put it on easily and feels comfortable in it. Looking forward to lots of family climbing.
Chafing neck straps
The shoulder straps are spaced too narrowly even for a lean 6 year old kid. They chafed his neck constantly.
