Pain goes away!!!
I had been suffering pain after running or hiking for almost two years. I decided to give this support a try. It works! Now I can run without finishing with a lot of pain afterwards! I am so happy! It even reduced the cracking sound in my knees!

Caused more pain
I was excited about this knee support brace and the reviews seemed like it really helped. Unfortunately for me it caused a ton more knee pain. I wore it for 4 days and each day the pain got worse, to the point where I could hardly put weight on my knee for a day. Stopped wearing it and the pain subsided. Still searching for a brace that works for hiking and biking.

Seems Perfect for Me

I'm a tennis player with knee problems like many of my peers. The one or two braces I liked so much are no longer online, so I took my chance with this one. Staff took the time to measure above my knee and determined that I needed a medium. I tried it at home and liked the amount of area for where the velcro straps onto. Also it's easier to strap when it's in front, rather than behind the knees. I've found the longer braces are too cumbersome and restrictive for tennis and much prefer the shorter widths such as this has. For those just returning from surgery or need more support, suggest you look elsewhere. For me, I'm looking to prevent my patella from moving around too much.

Pro Tec Knee Brace

I was not sure if the knee brace would help in painless mobility. It does. I can walk and hike pretty much pain free with it. And very little pain after the walk or hike. It sure has helped me. I am so happy I purchased it.

Helpful support

Comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. Can wear it under pants easily. Adds good support so you can move easier and if you push to hard its a good reminder to prevent overdoing.

Miracle For Me

Great Product. I used to climb and feel like i destroyed my knees the next day. With these bad boys I powered through 14 miles in November covering 4,000 Ft of Elevation Gain and then Zero Knee pain. I did not think they would work, just bought cause I had to do something for the pain. Next best idea was stronger pain meds. These things are a cheat code. At least for me! Cheers.

Eliminated Lateral Knee Pain

This specific knee brace, paired with zero drop trail runners, eliminated my lateral knee pain on the downhills. Traded lateral knee pain in for medial ankle pain but that was because I was converting from hiking boot to trail runner's working the ankle muscles more. I tried the single patellar strap model, but found this X-Trac model to stabilize my knee better. I also tried the iliotibial band wrap model over yoga pants, but they slide down despite increasing the wrap tension in my experience. I've tried the ACE brand version of these knee braces, but the cinching is limited, whereas Pro-Tec allows full control. My background: NASM Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Radiologic Technologist. I'm well versed in knee pain. Highly recommend.
