Great for your smart phone
Ideal day pack/backpack front shoulder strap pouch for my smart phone. I’m sure it will fit your latest model as it does mine. Easy in and easy out without touching the screen or hitting the power button. I feel no bounce but it does move with me with ducking or climbing or the lake not bothering at all. The pouch is secure and handy. I should’ve had one sooner! Recommended.

Not the best for my intended use
Bought this with the intention of attaching it to the shoulder strap of my pack to provide easier access to a phone. Even though my phone is on the small side (Apple SE), I found it difficult to take it in and out of the pocket. If it was just a simple pocket, it probably would have worked. But, the separate internal pocket (assume this is the waterproofing) makes it awkward to remove the phone - almost like taking of a damp sock which wants to turn inside out. I tried it for sunglasses - again to the convenience, not the waterproofing, and the first time I doffed/donned my pack, the case got caught up and twisted and ended up bending my wireframe glasses. Honestly can’t think of a single thing I would use this for after my experience, but if you hike in the rain and have something small and slippery, it may work for you.

Perfect for rain, and sun too

Broke my phone once with water damage and learned my lesson... I found not only is this great for protecting from the rain, but it's just plain handy to have on my pack. I find myself using this instead of my pocket to hold my phone, even in fair weather. Instead of having my phone rubbing against my leg or needing to stop walking for a second to wrestle it out of a pant pocket, it's much nicer to have a holster right on my chest. The construction also allows easy access pulling it in and out with one hand which is very convenient.

Great shoulder pocket for smart phones

Fit my iPhone 14, stable after installation! I test the pocket size, it's suitable for all iPhones, including 14 PRO MAX with a thin case. The old version has a magnetic closure. REI updated it to Velcro for safe I guess.

Great for easy access to your phone

Fit my phone and battery pack for charging with no problem. I used an umbrella when it was raining so I can't say how waterproof it is. My phone stayed dry hiking in fog. The outside of the pouch was damp. The inside liner didn't cause any problems and stayed in the pouch (never stuck to my phone).

Great Little Bag

Great little shoulder strap bag for phone. Allows me to access navigation on my phone quickly and easily and keeps it dry in Washington weather. Velcro closure is secure and effective. Fits my iPhone 14 Pro.

Good phone pouch for bad weather.

I bought this pouch for my iPhone during a Grand Canyon rim to Rim hike with rain expected. We had a little precip when we got out and the phone pouch did great. It held my 13mini and power pack easily. Kept them in easy reach.

OK

It's an OK product. The quality was good and fit our phones well, but the provided straps (2 that go around and one that goes down near the top) did not fit mine nor my daughters pack very well mine had to be up high on my shoulder and hers interfered with the chest strap. We attached them to backpacking packs so they may work better on a different kind of bag,
