Doesn’t fit two skis

This ski bag could not fit two pairs of skis. My husband tried many times and even looked it up on youtube but nothing helped. The bag did not come with instructions. It is also very flimsy and I would have been nervous with using it at baggage claim. I have one star for REI’s great customer service with the quick return.
