Pineapple coconut is really bad
I got one of these, the coconut pineapple, as a gift and took it with me on a multi-week canoe trip in Canada. After eating dehydrated food and snacks for a week, this ended up next on the need to eat list. Um... This is the worst fruit product I have ever tasted in every conceivable way, taste, texture, and smell. I can't think of any packaged product of any type that is as bad as this even. And I quite like pineapple and just about every type of coconut product out there but I consider this inedible. Several others on the trip agreed with me. I would literally starve before trying one of these again. No clue on the other flavors, but oh lord just seeing the wrapper makes me ill.
Highly recommended chocolate banana
I found these a couple years ago and a natural grocers out of state and I fell in love with them. And now whenever I see them and I see that they're priced correctly I buy them. And you should never pay more than $2.50 for these. The great thing about buying them at REI is that if you're a member I believe it's if you buy 10 you get a discount on the whole lot and that's typically how I buy them. I buy them for when I go on long trips I love this product and I particularly like this one I mean who can go wrong chocolate bananas. Cuz that's all it is
So Good
I saved these for the end of my meals each day on my last backpacking trip because they were like dessert! So good! Great flavor, and not too sticky like some fruit bars.
Funky Banana
The 1 I received had a little bit of a rotten banana funk to the taste. I took more than 1 bite, but couldn't finish it. Not sure if it had turned or if that's what banana tastes like when you process it this way, but I won't be a repeat buyer.
Perfect snack!
Chocolate and banana = 2 of the 4 main food groups (in my life, at least). Tasty, nutritious. Packaging hard to open without a sharp implement or teeth, but that's minor. Wish I'd discovered this product many hikes ago.
Half a pinapple.
The digestive properties of pineapple are documented. I purchased the pineapple only version, not sure why the review sent me here. I suspect this was a product I might want to use sparingly and possibly mixed with something else. I'd like to try it again and maybe dilute it in water and see what it is like, definitely test is on your stomach before a long hike.
Tastes like vomit
Writing this review in a desperate effort to save others from the god awful experience I had eating the pineapple coconut fruit jerky on my camping trip. It tastes exactly like vomit to me, with the acidic aftertaste and everything. Spitting it out into the campfire was a huge mistake because then the air smelled like hot vomit for an hour too. Cannot emphasize enough how awful this one is.
A tasty treat made of simple ingredients
I tried this one day and really liked it, so I bought more of this flavor and some others by the same company. So far, the banana is my favorite. Nice taste, good consistency for a fruit leather, and no filler ingredients.

I bought one for just to add for a side snack for my flight and was surprised. They were very good, had flavor, qnd good snack for traveling
