Should I be concerned?

I'd previously owned the Metolius pas 22 which I needed to retire. This dynamic version is a bit shorter than the pas 22, and because of the stitching on the point that you girth hitch to the harness, I'm guessing that you attach it to the belay loop? It is very awkward to try and weasel it through the leg / waist loops. I've attached some pictures, right out the box it has a depression that I'm not entirely sure it should have.

Great PAS

Overall great PAS. I’ve used it for securing myself to the anchor as well as an extended rappel.

Bit inconvenient

I had used the PAS 22 by metolius for years, so I figured I would upgrade to the dynamic version for use on multi pitches when I'm belaying. However there were a couple inconveniences I discovered when I bought this version. 1) because of the waist loops stitching, it is difficult and annoying to fit through the leg and waist loops 2) it is one full loop shorter than the pas22 I ended up returning and purchasing another PAS 22
