Poor fit

I really, really was looking forward to this backpack. I am 5' 6'' and weigh 123 pounds. This pack was too large for me, even with the straps cinched all the way. The shoulder straps rub uncomfortably against my neck, and the waist strap has zero padding, which is also uncomfortable, especially with a snowbaod attached to the pack. My two other packs are size xs, so if you are a snalled framed woman, I don't recommend this pack. I will stick with my Women's Osprey Kresta.
