The Price is Right

I'm someone who always either breaks or loses my sunglasses. I can't be trusted. I've learned to no longer buy $60+ shades. I got this pair for around $15-$20. They aren't as nice as those more expensive brands, but they get the job done. They look decent, fit right, and block out the sun. That's all I need. Plus, when I inevitably sit on them in the car, smash them in my backpack, or leave them on a beach 10 miles back on the trail, I won't feel as guilty. Great glasses for the price.

I bought these less than two weeks ago and wore them four times - they already have some weird scratched pattern (in the form of dots). I contacted the manufacturer and they said it may be caused by sweat or sunscreen and that is not a "defect". Since these are sunglasses marketed for active people this seems a bit ridiculous to me. The fit was great and they are very lightweight and stay put but still not worth the small $25 price tag to only wear a few times.

WASTE OF MONEY

Do not buy, the inside of these glasses peel off, so I reached out to get a replacement, no problem. (They said it’s included in the warranty) Then it happens again, and this time it’s “normal wear and tear” and you have to pay another 20 dollars to replace them under warranty. If you want a good quality pair don’t buy these. If you want to endlessly pay them 20 dollars for garbage, buy them. Seriously dissatisfied, and disappointed. The “manager” Sehr was a joke too. I emailed him back and forth just for him to tell me even if I do pay the 20 dollars to replace them, and if they peel again I would have to pay another 20 to replace them, and so on. Yes I would pay if it wasn’t going to do it again but clearly they will and I won’t be waisting my money again. Not to mention the problem was just “addressed” not fixed, so it will happen again.

Inspect glasses before purchase

I knew exactly what I wanted with these glasses my sister has a pair and I went to the REI in downtown Denver. I had tried hers on and didn't try any on in the store. I bought three pairs as gifts. When I got home and took the pink pair of the packaging they were DISGUSTING. There is make up on the nose piece and smudges on both the inside and outside of the lenses. I'm very disappointed that these were out on the floor to be sold. I am visiting Colorado and I am now two hours away from this location.

Two different lenses?

Something kept bothering me about these glasses, and then I noticed that one lens is completely different than the other. You’ll see in the photo that one is light one is dark

Side entering rays are not pleasant

I thought these were worth a try after reading the reviews and for the price. I prefer the more casual look of Wayfarer style frames vs. wraparounds, but these just let too much light in around the edges and I would say actually makes it worse than no shades. (Maybe the mirrored lens causes light to bounce around?) A friend has the non-mirrored and polarized lens version and I briefly tried those and found them to be much sharper and less glare-y. Similarly, the ones I have work a bit better with a hat. I suppose this could have to do with the shape of my face.

The Logo On Lens Distracted My View

I returned theses. They were good, but there was a distracting logo in the field of view on the front of the left lens that was just too much to deal with. It was like there was this constant smudge. You can't remove the logo from the lens without permanently damaging it. I did not notice the smudge much until outside in bright sunlight and had at first thought, "Oh, I forgot to peel that off,"....no dice. Why the manufacturers insist on having this vanity mark is beyond me. Perhaps others would not have this experience, but it was returned within a few hours of wear.

tifosi fav running sunglasses

My first pair was a gift. I now have about 6 pairs of these cheap little sunglasses. They stay on my face and on my hat when I run. They don’t move. They DON’T scratch easily. In fact I can’t seem to lose these glasses like I normally do expensive sunglasses. Ha! They are my favorites and I recommend them to all of my runner friends. So comfy and affordable! Plus they float if you wear them for a swim!

Excellent coverage, true view sunglasses

Excellent True Viewing Sunglasses in a sassy blue color. I love these inexpensive shades I picked up at REI last weekend. The color is absolutely true to what you see with your naked eye all the while protecting your eyes from UV Light and wind. Absolutely surprised me with the comfort and beauty of these shades.
