Bogs  Arcata Knit Snow Boots - Kids'

This is the third time I have purchased these boots for my daughter. Bogs in general are unmatched in quality and performance and these particular are just wonderful. We live in the North East. Our winters can be long and frigid but my daughter goes to a nature preschool and spends the majority of her days outdoors. These boots hold up through everything a kid will put them through all while keeping their feet warm and dry. Though it is an expense to buy a new pair every year they are worth it for there performance and the fact that they hold up so well from one child to the next. Thank you Bogs for creating such a superior product!

I bought these boots for my daughter. We live in Alaska and it gets pretty cold here and we have always bought BOGS for our kids. She loves the fact that these are a little bit more mature looking than the cutsie girl prints they have. The inside are faux fur lined and she just needs to wear just regular socks with them and her feet stay nice and warm when we are playing outside. I have found over the years that BOGS tend to run a little on the smaller side so this year I ordered 2 sizes bigger and they aren't too big to be comfortable but she will be able to wear them next winter as well.

I bought this in a big kid, size 5, for myself actually. I am a women's 7 and the 5 big kid size fits great and is less expensive than the women's arcata knit. I am pregnant and I love that you can basically step into the boot, and the handles are helpful too. The boot is cozy and warm. The beautiful fur lining goes all the way down and the foot bed is pretty comfy. It works with regular socks or thick socks. Appearance is pretty cute too! They are a little heavy and clunky but not overly and perfect for snow boots. So easy to get on and off Id be ok putting them on to go to work or church and bringing pair of shoes along for indoor use. Cute. Warm. Dry. Not too expensive (esp compared to women's arcata knit). I'm happy!

I am very happy with these boots. I bought these in size 7 for my 10 year old son. The weather is often below zero in the winter here and I was searching for boots that would keep him warm. I have purchased Bogs in the past and been pleased. These boots are very warm and soft. Rated for -40 and they feel like they will hold up. They are a little heavy but I think that should be expected with this quality. My only complaint is that there is a little piece of inner sole that can come out when you pull your foot out. Under it is more of the soft fur material. It is a nice option having the inner sole piece but can be annoying to place back in the boot. Overall, I am very pleased and am hoping my son does not destroy these so I can have them when he grows out of them.

It's a cozy, comfortable boot. I'm a small woman and the kids boots fit my small wide feet! My only gripe is that the right boot calf is a tiny bit tighter than the left boot calf, but I suspect that is me and not the boot! I wear Bogs to the dog park all the time because they fit well, are warm and comfy, and nasty icky things besides mud are easy to clean off. I'm waiting for really cold winter weather to hit to really test these boots out though. I've only worn them once when temps dropped to zero and my feet were comfortable in wool hiking socks. I wear a 6.5 2E in normal women shoes (I have very small heels and a bunion on one foot). The kids Bogs (size 5) fit very well, but only the unisex styles. The "girls" styles are too narrow for my feet. As are the regular women styles...

They look fantastic! But I am very concerned with the quality. My daughter has only worn these. Boots 3-4 times and the bottoms are already extremely worn! And she is typically not at all hard on shoes. I was thinking we'd be able to pass these down to her little sister, but now I'm just hoping they last her through the winter. With how expensive these boots are I am not sure we will make the same investment when it comes time to buy boots for next year.

I love this style - they are so fuzzy and warm. Unfortunately, they were a little too small. And when I went to reorder, my promo code had ended :( So, I went with a different style, but got a great deal and they are awesome, too. Since Bogs last forever, I may never get a chance to order this style, but if I do, I will!

We have bought Bogg winter boots for our 3 grandchildren for several yrs. I can not say enough GREAT things about these boots! The kids can stay out and play for hours without their feet /toes getting cold AT ALL!!! their fingers are the ONLY reason for having to go in the house! AWESOME AWESOME BOOTS!!!!

I purchased two pairs for my kids. We live outside during winter. They are great. They are very soft and comfy inside. They keep the cold and water out. Other companies ( I won't name names) have gone down hill, claiming to be waterproof and two hours later my kids feet are soaked. Not anymore!!

Bought these for my daughter last year and they are already coming apart and she complains of her feet being cold. These are also only worn for one season so it sucks they already started to fall apart. They also were very wide so they kinda looked funny the first year she wore them.
