valve stem snapped in half while inflating
purchased this tube as a spare a few months ago, and it's been in my bike bag since; i finally needed to use it today, and while i was inflating it with my travel pump, the valve stem literally snapped in half. so much for spare tube! not sure who manufactures these tubes for REI, but the manufacturing tolerances must be way off...
