The Camano small shaft/carbon shaft paddle at 230 cm is a great fit for someone with smaller hands. It's very comfortable, light weight at 26.6 oz and moves you through the water fluidly. Another big plus for me is that it is made in the USA.

Beware: small shaft paddle!
No, I do not recommend this product
Received this paddle and it was clearly marked "small shaft" on the paddle. Nowhere in the online description was that indicated! We wanted a standard shaft paddle and would not have purchased if we knew it was small shaft. REI needs to make this very clear in the description as this is very misleading.
