Cheep
Very unhappy with these slides! Bought them in Sept 2023 and only using around the house and they are already breaking apart.
Great while they lasted but only 4 month lifespan
Bought these on the recommendation of my PT to help with plantar fasciitis. They were great right out of the box. I used them as house slippers and occasionally outdoors to get the mail so that I wasn't walking barefoot on hard surfaces. The cushioning felt really good. However, after only ~4 months of use, I noticed the right sandal started to compress and develop a divot under my right heel. It started to become painful to wear them as my foot was tilting sideways. For the record, I am a 6 ft male weighing about 185lbs. I contacted their Customer Support in a nice email with pictures but never got a response. Based on my experience, I will not be buying these again.
No "OOF!" with Oofos!
My baby sister runs 5ks & half marathons and recommended Oofos for recovery from leg stress. I bought these before a 2-day concert & standing-in-line weekend and they are FABULOUS!!!!!! I was HURTING after the first night's concert, wore the Oofos all day in the rail-line for the second concert and had MUCH less pain in feet & bum ankle, put them BACK on right AFTER the second concert and by the morning I barely knew I had stood & danced for literally 6 hours on concrete & metal! Baby Sis is my HERO for the recommendation, and Cary REI is awesome for having them in stock!
When you make someone very happy!
The sandals were a gift for a family member, he’s our families green thumb he works miracles on our grass he needed to come into the house to get his coffee and stumbled unto my sandals he put them on and he was amazed how comfortable they felt and asked where he could find them. His birthday was coming up, so my wife told him she would order a pair for him, we went to the store and bought a pair for him. When he came over to do the yard work along with his coffee we gave him the box with the sandals he was very excited. He Loves them and wears them every day just so you guys know he’s in his 70’s and very active. 🙂
Hold stains and arch support inadequate
Wear these after hours of pickleball. Pickleball shoes are SUPER uncomfortable. These sandals are relatively comfortable but the arch isn't supportive enough and the material stains :-(. I can't get these stains out.
Great customer service AND a great product!
The experience at the Orland Park, Il store and the person, Pam, which helped was excellent. I received my order in the mail today and started wearing these sandals. They're so nice I think I may order another pair!!
Very comfortable, but run narrow
I found the sandal very comfortable. However, I normally wear a 7.5 in women's shoes and had to size up to the 9 for the sandal to be wide enough to wear socks in them (a necessity for any house shoe in cold winter months). They run a little narrow.
Great right out of the box
I have a hard time getting new shoes. Between a high arch, pointy heel and aches and pains from years of playing sports, most shoes require at least a few weeks of breaking them in. These works from the moment I put them on. I got them because they said they were recovery shoes and I wanted something I could use after games. Right from the start, I was able to wear them and walk in them and keep them on and walk distances in them and feel comfortable and supported. They're still new to me but I'd been on the fence about trying something new and I'm really happy I did.
Happy Feet with OOFOS slides!
First time wearing OOFOS men's slides! What a comfortable, full support of my arch, feeling! Gonna give them time to get used to the new sensation!
too narrow
Another shoe that seems to be made for thin & narrow feet. Never thought my feet were wide, they do not measure wide (never have) yet this shoes won’t got on. Too tight through the body of my foot, sizing up may help, but then the footbed will be too long…. Might try though, because I like the shoe. Need a slip on for after sport, swimming pool, maybe beach duty. This one would be great if it had enough room for my Idaho spud like feet.. they get close, but not enough girth to fit.
