Missed having Rock Sauce!
Yes , I recommend this product
I love Rock Sauce. It’s got an aspirin derivative in it so it’s great for muscle inflammation. I haven’t seen it around in a while so finding it at REI was a pleasant surprise. I use it on my lower back sometimes for long rides or runs and I feel great with no issues. It’s warming so be wary of that if that’s something you’re sensitive to.
