Aboslutely love these socks
I bought this pair of socks along with two others to try and find a higher degree of comfort for my feet. Out of the three this is my favorite pair, and I can't wait to buy more. The breath-ability is perfect, not once did my feet feel too cold or too hot. They were snug without being uncomfortable (confession, I appreciate a sock with good compression, and these hit that mark for me) and the base padding was heavenly. I have a pair of shoes that I'm not the biggest fan of, and these made those shoes comfortable. I also have a wider foot, and found no issues with these holding their position and not shifting on me, didn't feel like I was missing any comfort on the edges either.
Happy Feet!
I bought these socks over 2 years ago and they are still performing. I have 4 pairs of these, plus two of their hidden comfort socks, that I wear exclusively for daily wear, outdoor excursions and trips to the gym to do cardio, weights and plyometrics. I still have not noticed any holes, though a couple of pairs are beginning to show signs of thinning, but I've also been wearing them for 2+ years! They are comfortable and keep my feet dry. I will buy more.
Probably the Worst Sock I Ever Wore
They feel amazing going on your foot at the store but here is the catch. Your foot swells throughout the day. These are thicker socks. Your foot is now tight inside your shoe unless you have a EE wide. No matter how loose you make your laces, your foot will be tight. These are supposed to prevent blisters but instead caused so much friction just walking through Disney World that by the end of a day, even in Hoka's, my little toe had a blister the size of the entire toepad. Again, great trying them on, the WORST after that. I'm sorry Darn Tough for cheating on you, I'm coming home.
Max cushioning
These socks provide major cushioning when running or walking. No discomfort from seams and washes well with no shrinkage. The only con is these are not completely no show, however I believe this is for the extra tag to provide protection for the back of the foot against the shoe.
Great for walk/jog/run!
These are my favorite socks for my morning jogs. I usually do 3 miles, a mixture of walking and running, mostly on roads but sometimes grass or trails, with Asics or Nike low-to-mid level running shoes. I've had these socks for two years, wearing them about 2-3 days/week, and they are just starting to get thin patches on the balls of the feet, so time for some new ones. They fit well, don't slide down into my shoes, and are well cushioned without being chunky. Also wick moisture well.
Cushion-y socks for long-distance runs & races
As a runner with "problem" feet (bunion, calluses, blisters), I prefer high cushioning on my socks and these are worth the price. They're my go-to for long runs, and races (I layer them over Injinji toe socks for marathons). I have 2 pairs, the first of which has lasted years, but I will note that one pair I bought arrived with a small hole on the top (where there's less cushioning) and had to be returned, so watch out for faulty stitching on new pairs.
Love these socks
I am replacing all my socks with this brand. They are very comfortable and great to wear with my hiking boots. Definitely worth buying.
Trail Walking Socks
These are very comfortable, I'm walking 4 to 7 miles 4 or 5 days per week without any problems.
Great Pickleball socks
I play lots of pickleball and needed a good pair of socks, I had been trying several brands of socks to find a good pair. Four years ago I purchased Balega for the first time and have used them ever since. Very comfortable, long lasting, keeps your feet dry,... They are more expensive than other brands, but well worth the price. I am still using the pair I purchased four years and are still in excellent shape. I play pickleball at least 5 times a week, 3 hours each session. I currently own 12 pairs.
amazing comfort
I got this shoe to train for a half marathon. Being fairly new to running I wanted a sock that was both lightweight, breathable and comfortable and I got just that. The socks on my feet felt like feathers. It was quite amazing. 10/10 I would recommend anytime!
