delicious bars, awful shipping
Five stars for the bars themselves. They're a little on the sweet side, but I actually eat them as a relatively nutritious dessert, and they're just as satisfying as a cookie. Knocking off so many stars because REI's shipping policy for energy bars is ridiculous. The first time I ordered them, I thought it was a fluke, but they seem to have no problem shipping in multiple packages. Most recently, I ordered ten bars, and they came in three shipments, including one package that had nothing but one bar in it. Totally wasteful! They should require people to purchase a case or something in order to prevent this from happening. Definitely won't be buying energy bars from them again unless they change this.

Really tasty and a nice texture that’s easy to get down even when dehydrated. I will be buying more. Used for road and mountain biki by snacks.

I love all the Kate's bars (great ingredients, texture, and flavor - a rare combo considering all the bars that are out there), but lemon ginger is my favorite and the most unique

Surprised how tasty this was. Reminded me of a Kind bar but unlike that was soft and easier to chew on.

Texture was fine, and flavor was ok, but it also reminded me slightly of Lemon Pledge...
